I took my car and went to that location. I saw the suspect who was really fast, so I asked him to stand aside. I got out of my car and headed towards the story. I told him about myself and asked him why he was on the road so he said that there is no one in the road so there will be no accident or some thing like that, I asked him to get out of the car and give me his identification card, I knew all the information about him and so I asked him to give me a punishment ticket and I told him we would impound his car, but he did not accept that and he ran away by his bike. Then i got a weapon and i shoot towards him was thrown at him, so he stopped the bike and he went down to the ground. I asked him to hands up now or i will open fire so he surrendered and i took him to prison after i succored him from the bullet .Screenshots:::::::

After I decided to pull him over.then I checked the driving license, license plate called "LI2714" Then I reported to dispatcher of Police Department of San Fierro. so I continue to check documents and It's was cleared. until dispatcher reported a license plate's clear. so I give warning him and let him go.Screenshots::::::
