RolePlay Story: The 11 December of 2019 it was a snowy :snowman2: day as usual we were me private issou and lieutenant laminee drinking a coffee :coffee: in our base and chatting about some matters which we faced in the last mission.. When everything was normal, Laminee's phone ringed it seems an unknown number so!! After more than 1 minute of chatting the lieutenant said we have a problem arround there was a civilian watched 2 boys with big cars exchanging something special but what makes me feel dread that 2 boys belong to big gangs arround so we need to stay focused.. We took an FBI Rancher and a Buffalo and start our mission arround Las Vanturas checking that report if is it real or not after that we saw 2 cars looks like the civilian describe them so now we need to verify if they are or no we decided to hide and keep watching what are they doing..they were talking and showing each other something that we can't see from this big distance i suggested in the radio to move and try to watch from an other place or to raid them and look what are they doing exactly.. Laminee accepted my idea and start driving.. I said Hey you both what are you doing here?! They tried to take their guns but we were ready to deal with this by aiming on them but they kept saying this staff its not ours we found those cars here so we decided to check whats going wrong with them.. They were lying of course because we saw them exchanging drugs and guns between each other so when they know that they are finished they surrendered and stayed on ground.. Thanks to our team work and the great strategy that we used against these criminals we could arrest them

Type of Training: Usage of radio codes and roleplay

People involved: Joshbond and Hash

Details:

During the training Hash was educated on how to correctly use radio codes to inform police officers around San Andreas when he would be going on patrol and which area he would be patrolling. When Hash moved from LV to LS he was also trained in how to let officers know his change of sector assignment. Hash was then asked to begin a roleplay by doing a simple road traffic stop. This involved Joshbond having to help the civillian (as he was new to the server and was not sure how to use anims, etc) Hash continued to do his best while Joshbond was observing and feedback was provided after the roleplay.

They then headed back to the SAFP Station for a debrief on the training, during this Hash was also trained on how to correctly radio in that he is ending the patrol and heading back to the station.

This was all part of SAFP Cadet training which we call Field Training Programme, this was also Joshbond looking for potential people who would suit in the SAFP sub-division called Marshals.

Story:
On a good day, There were two suspected thieves talking about something secret, and when they had finished talking, they shook hands with each other, headed to the car, and drove to Las Ventors. They were planning to rob the bank. When I passed by the bank, I heard a strange voice, I entered the bank and found the thieves, but with a glance of the sight, they disappeared, I called the security units, then we set out behind them. But The thieves have disappeared. Despite that, we continued to search and analyze their fingerprints until we got in touch informing the criminals about the location of the next house, and without any waiting, I took the security with me and headed towards the house. We besieged the place and two members of the squad entered the house with me. Fortunately, they did not have any weapons, so we arrested them and the case ended in life imprisonment.

On my morning patrol, i stopped my car in the right side of the road to take a break and i was surprising by seeing a cheetah driving in a high speed, i had to follow it and i told the driver to stop and pull over. i asked him to give me his license and ID card to scan them in the police computer. everything was right with it i give them back. i wrote some notes and i told him to pay 2000$ to goverment, i havent find nothing intrested in his acts (drunk or smth).

Training for Field Training Program, specifically Law Enforcement Education and Role-Play/Interaction with Civillians.

Description: On request from a SAFP cadet, Officer Joshbond organised and led a training for Cadet Hash. Also on request from a recruit in another squad (FBI) I also allowed Officer.Klay to attend as he also wanted to learn.

The first half of the training included me going through basic principles of being a police officer, how we should interact with civillians and other officers and how we should treat those who even committ a crime. The training also covered how we should approach people that we pull over, how do we approach them to not escalate the situation but to keep it de-escalated and calm for the safety of everyone around.

After explaining all of this and asking questions to ensure the cadet and officer klay understood, we move onto Joshbond giving Cadet Hash an example on good roleplay. (Sadly I forgot to take screenshots as I was so involved in the roleplay, so only managed to take 1 of the roleplay, woops)

Training Details : We rallied up in a line and I explained them what we were doing. The training consisted on learning and applying their heli skills, this means that they had to test their skills in training and later do them in real time.

Phase 1: Brief briefing
Phase 2: Grabing the Heli and moving into the practice area
Phase 3: Practice how heligrab and helidrop
Phase 4: Practice it live

Phase 1 : They made a straight line and got a brief announcement and told them what we were doing.
Phase 2: We went to our parachute training area and talked how we were going to proceed and what we were doing.
Phase 3: We did two types of training, helidrop first and then heligrab, on the helidrop we practiced landing from the highest attitude as possible, on the heligrab part they had to jump into the heli from a roof.
Phase 4: We went into a SR and practiced the skill the had learned, the raid was a complete success and the SR was ended.

Phase 1 : They made a straight line and got a brief announcement and told them what we were doing.
Phase 2: They were explained that traffic lights and follow the right lane was very important as they are the #1 cause of car crashed in SAES since 2012.
Phase 3: We did a quick drive around the city to demonstrate how important it is to follow this rules and how it could save someone's car and lives. We also talked what was the maximum speed that they should run in different areas.
Phase 4: We took a quick drive through the city following this important rules they were just reminded of.

RolePlay Story: We were at SAFP HQ with officer Laminee and Raf, we were discussing that we needed a new upgrade and that's when we decided to call some friends at AIC to bring us some advanced weapons. We waited patiently for them to arrive, when they came we started talking if they could provide us we a few gun improvements to make our fight against crime easier, they said that they had some new advancements that they could offer us. We went to their weapon showcase and they showed us the improvement they had to offer, we were very happy with those improvements and accepted to pay for those new weapons after we paid we started to load the new improved weapons into the ban and thanked them for service when we finished we quickly got out and started heading base to start using our new weapons. At the end of the day our fight against crime just got easier thanks to IAC.

RolePlay Story: We were at SAFP HQ when we received an order from the Commissioner Halo, he said that intelligence spotted the known criminal called as "Bad Boy Judy" and that we had to arrest him and interrogate him. Then I called some members to gather up and explained them what we were going to do, they quickly learned and we all gathered up our equipment, we took a helicopter and went into the last location of his whereabouts. When we arrived there we used the technique learned in previous trainings called heli drop and quickly moved into his base, we didn't find him at first but we went looking for him quietly, then we so him through the glass and decided to kick down the door, he was caught by surprise and couldn't react, he was smoking while he was caught, we arrested him and then went back to base to interrogate him. An enforcer was waiting for us outside of his base and we went with it back to base, while on the trip he keep saying that he didn't do anything wrong and that he would do anything to prove it. When we arrived he was escorted to the interrogation room, there the officer Laminee started to interrogate him, he knew what he was doing as he had long years of experience interrogating people, he made him confess of the crimes of Stealing and killing innocent people just to show his friends that he was a big criminal. Then we was escorted to his jail cell to while his trial beings, we received food, water and the basic needs while he was there. At the end of the day the criminal "Bad Boy Judy" was locked down and he was going to do no more harm to civilians in the streets of SAES.
