When we surrounded the place, they open the fire and we start shooting too, so after a long time of this fight, the criminals were injured and fell to the ground, after we took them to the car. There was found a semi-automatic handgun, a desert eagle, which was immediately taken to the laboratory for examination.While Officer Murillo interrogated the suspect, we had received the result of the laboratory, confirming our suspicions regarding this suspect. The fingerprints on the gun were those of Ricardo Escobar.But, how did SAFP members had the fingerprints of this offender, which was known to leave no trace behind? There was a group of criminals helping the prisoners escape the prison. So I called the units, we prepared ourselves and our weapons and we took our cars as well as a police helicopter after we set off towards them. So we surrounded the whole place and I ordered the Eagle unit to stay on top of the building, turn on the lights and record what's going on inside the penitentiary through the windows. We have seen them carrying automatic rifles with some SMGs on their backs, probably for the prisoners to defend themselves. So we entered the place slowly and the criminals were in a hurry. Suddenly we pointed at them and asked them to leave the weapons but they did not care and started shooting, two policemen were injured, but luckily we brought them to the ground. So we took their weapons and then carried them to the police hospital to remove bullets from their bodies.
