Current Journey in Cuban Cars (min. 100 words): I was employed by Cuban Cars as a Probationary Mecanico somewhere in the last weeks of February. After I was selected for the job I was presented with a rigorous training for several months, I had Kristiina and Ardron as my mentors. Ardron personally helped me a lot and educated me about the ethics of Impounding. I was also guided by FireFox on various places wherein I had doubts. Soon I was a full member and was eligible to be an Impounder. Ardron tutored me well regarding Impounding and presented me as "ready for impounding", graduating me from the Mentorship program. After I achieved the impounder status, contentment and satisfaction loomed over me. I now work as an Impounder every now and then.
