Thank you all, there is many reasons why I left,
-Having 60fps instead 144fps makes my eyes hurt in long run, because I have 144hz monitor what displays 144fps, so 60fps will feel like I'm playing on shit laptop.
-Updating this sever can be hard, Graphics on this game look like shit, but we can have car mods etc so it's playable.
-This server takes time and motivation will most likely go down if you don't have any goals
But if we look at those issues more closer, if SAES would wan't 100fps limit it would make this server unplayable, because you can't example move when you try to aim with 100fps.

Blaming the server?????? I cannot blame anything else than the game, because the game doesn't allow to make it that far.
Also Directx 2.0 isn't optimized at all and 144hz is important for me

Lol, I can feel it, going from 60hz to 144hz is like switching from 1litre Toyota to 2.5litre Volvo

I can say from my experience that having higher hertz monitor makes the picture more responsive, it's truth. GTA SA isn't optimized for 60hz either, my GTX 1070 gives like 50fps on high settings, who wants to optimize 15 years old game?
that's why people who wants 144hz go play something else.
