Experienced Criminal Spawn

Simple .. A criminal spawn with the ability to sell drugs and weapons ? and will be given some weapons on the spawn with low ammo ( m4 , cs , uzi , sniper) ..
But to spawn you have to get a certain number of SRs and PBRs and other criminal activities done . e.g.
50 SRs
10 PBRs
and a different skin as well

Just join a gang

If you're in a gang, kinda proves itself you're an experienced criminal but I'd see this come in handy for Talibans like @ChasinTLSN

I think its better to keep experience in individuals nicks, manners and reputation. Not in the name of just another spawn.

We have already got useless spawns such as the whole "Russian mob" family and their workers. The quality of a player can be easily noticed even while the person is spawned as Drug Dealer. This is like the State Trooper spawn at the Police side, there's no difference between the Trainee and the State Troopers.
