I have been part of ICE, TST, and SAFP squads and I am currently a SAPA member. Only play as a dog if there’s a police officer with you. Make sure they know the dog rules. 2. You must always roleplay as a dog. Not like human 3. Dogs are not allowed to arrest suspects. 4. Dogs must stay close to their handler at all times. 5. Dogs must only follow the handler’s instructions and not act alone. 6. Dogs can only communicate in private chats and are not allowed to speak as humans in local chat Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: Before chasing, offer the suspect a chance to surrender We must warn the suspect twice using specific messages with the second warning being the final one Rule number 5: Don’t rush or repeat messages quickly Remember that suspects may need time to read and decide if they will follow instructions, especially while running Rule number 7: New members must show their probation status for 2 weeks Make sure your name is clear to other players (for example: SAPA|Judge|PC*) Rule number 9: After being invited, you must sign in on the PC Forum Dont edit your sign-in information later; doing so can lead to removal PART IV: Roleplay commands 1. /me Command The /me command is used to convey actions, emotions, and behaviors of your character within the roleplay. Officer: /me checks the suspect’s pockets for any illegal items. Officer: /me takes out his notepad to write down the suspect’s details. 2. /do Command The /do command is used to explain or describe what is happening in the environment or context of a current situation. It can also be used to ask for a statement or clarification about certain surroundings. Examples: Officer: /do The suspect’s hands are visibly shaking. Officer: /do The suspect nods slowly in response. Officer: /do There is a wallet on the ground near the suspect’s feet. Dogs must stay with their handler at all times and shouldn’t act on their own ,they need to follow their handler's instructions Dogs must act like dogs. they can only talk in private chat when necessary and shouldn’t talk in public chat Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: When starting a roleplay police chase, you should always give the person you’re pursuing a chance to surrender for a 75% reduction in jail time. Use roleplay binds to give them instructions, Rule number 5: Don’t spam with binds or rush suspects to follow your instructions. Give them time to respond. Rule number 7: After completing all the ProCops applications and becoming a certified ProCop, you will serve as a probationary officer for two weeks. During this time, always wear your tags while patrolling: use Name|PC*/[SQUAD]Name|PC* for probationary officers and a regular PC tag for full ProCops. Make sure your server nickname is clear for easy identification. If yes, why and when?: Never PART III : Rules check Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: The Dog unit AKA K9 unit should never be out on its own, there should be always an individual with it to act as a dog unit handler, always be around the handler to provide support only (dogs can't act of their own will or make arrests) and all communications between them should be through private chat to be more realistic (dogs can't speak) Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: While intiating a roleplay police chase you should always give the individual that you're cashing a chance to surrender for 75% off jail time by using Roleplay Binds to provide instructions and then using another one to say that this is his last chance to surrender and for standard chases the binds should be different for non RP chases. Rule number 5: when using your PC binds to intitiate a roleplay chase scene always give the criminal enough time to notice, read and react to your binds and take a decision to either cooperate or not. Rule number 7: after passing all the ProCops procedures and become a a certified ProCop you will be a probationary officer for 2 weeks thats why you should always wear your tags while patroling as one Name|PC*/[SQUAD]Name|PC* for probies and a normal PC tag for fully fledged ProCops and always make sure that you can be indentified by using your server nickname. Rule number 9: Once you get invited to PC group you should head to the PC forums and sign in with your cop name and callsign, failure to do this might lead to termination if you were found out by PCD detectives and there will be no proof of you being a PC before.
