    Previous organizations and leaving causes: I've been playing in here since late 2011, I joined many organizations across those years so i'll just mention the last five FOX(dead), FBI(wanted to join the other side), M(dead), VvZ(dead) & PARS(dead) 
    Define Underground Empire:  also known as UE, stands a well organized multi-role mafia based in LV, known for trafficking the finest of weapons in large amounts daring the local and federal authorities as well as dominating the hitman services thanks to it's most notoriously known highly skilled Assassins, not mentioning all the other businesses which UE conducts in secrecy, through it's achievements it has occupied the top spot of the reputation pyramid among it's sector, intimidating not only it rivals but also it allies.
    What binds you with Underground Empire: it is the only gang which remained intact since it's creation to this day, it has sustained itself as quality over quantity gang which i really appreciate, i do have a lot of friends within the gang whom i want to join.
    What do you know about organized crime: it means having a plan to execute an illegal act and get away with it, simply making the perfect plan in a structured manner where every collaborator is assigned to a certain task according to his position in the hierarchy, the plan also considers what things could go wrong and how to deal with it instantly without leaving a trace, if that ain't possible then to contain the situation with the least losses.

    For months Vory v Zakone and the outfit organization had an agreement over mutual transport of illegal substances and materials around SA, through the controlled and contested areas, each convoy was secured and supervised by crews of both parties and the police districts chiefs along side the path were bribed before the operations, the business was thriving and everyone was happy until the outfit decided to withdrawn from the agreement until a new agreement is reached for financial purposes, no one was aware of the withdrawn, it was a stab on the back for us and we had to act, so we stormed their base, took their luxurious cars dumped em in the sea, we assassinated  one of their key figures and destroyed a luxurious, the value of the losses exceeded their monthly income twice...

    Lowering the standards was supposed to be done months ago if not years, even if it's done now it won't really have the same impact, the damage happened already.
    lack of new scripts is a scapegoat used by "people" to supress community members criticism, SAES was fun even with the current scripts for years, what really causes people to quit playings are factors like rigged recruitments, new players or players with no connections do not have the same chances of joinning a group because they're not friends of certain HQs or refuse to be asslickers, you have careless GM members who deny or pending gangs & squad applications because they failed to maintain or reach the required members count eventhough the whole server activity was decreasing, imagine fullfilling all the requirements except a single one which you can't really do smth about and still no tolerence, people often forget it's a game afterall it's supposed to be fun, sadly we have a lot of drama queens and keyboard kings who invest countless hours on their character in a game more than they invest on themselves in real life.
    it's tragic to watch how SAES is doing right now especially as a player since 2012, i have a dozen of suggestions which might help SAES make it up to 200 players but im afraid that noone will listen nor care.
