Your strengths: I think one of my biggest strengths that define my character is the experience. As I have stated previously, I have been a member of this community for almost 11 years by now. In this meantime, I have been part of and contributed in a number of leadership positions such as leading the Cuban Embassy, being the Vice Leader of Tuga Thugs, founding and currently leading my already 1-year-old gang Killing Joke and nowdays also Leading another CLO Support group named Lazarus. Being in such positions of authority has taught me how to deal with the players, and people in general. I am very much accustomed to everything related to the community, how things work, what are the usual problems that arise daily for the players and so on, as I have been constantly connected with everyone around me. Another key important strength I would like to highlight is my devotion. I am a very devoted person when it comes to fulfilling my duties, and I do my best to not disappoint the people around me when it comes to the "job" that I am taking. Due to this, I tend to give all my everything in terms of effort as to prove myself to everyone around me that I am indeed a capable person. Your weaknesses: As much as my heart would like to just ignore the "elephant in the room" I feel like I need to highlight this. It is no surprise and no unknown fact that I am known as the "Drama Queen of SAES" due to my notorious affiliation with... virtually almost every possible drama and scandal SAES has seen in the past 4 years. It is definitely something I am not proud of nowadays, and I am doing my best to repair my image. I would say I have learned from my mistakes, and nowadays I refuse and try my best to not get emotionally invested in issues that I know could damage my relationship with others. I am also working towards being a friendlier, better and more polite person with everyone around me. For 10 years by now, I have not been once officially punished by any admin or staff member, and the only ones registered punishments on my account are troll punishments done by my friends. People around me have trusted me with authority because they know it is never a question of when and if I will fuck up with the power given. Perhaps, but you could speed up opening the doors by 50% for both cops and crims and the jail door by 25% to speed up the gameplay. You are also missing the point that people don't jailbreak to get their friends out. When a jailbreak happens, it's used as a DM place between cops and criminals so no, I wouldn't say Jailbreaks would die off ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I would also say that I like to think out of the box and not abide strictly by the protocol, as every context I may deal with varies. Your weaknesses: Let's just say I have a tendency to get into (long term) conflicts with individuals that that do not have basic decency and respect towards me. This experience has made me interested in the position. Unique qualities you can offer: Perhaps the most important quality I could offer is that I am trying to find solutions that satisfy all the participants to the case, the accusers and the accused. I do think I would be capable to mediate between these two.
