    2. COMPANY QUESTIONS


    Why would you like to join our company?: I like what you guys do there in GXT. Trucking job always seemed interesting to me and I thought I would try out my luck within GXT Company. I have an experience of delivery jobs and I do truly have passion for trucking.
    Can you offer anything special to the company?: I can offer teamwork. I know how to properly work as a team. I'm an also experienced roleplay and I have been roleplaying since the age of 15 and I have a great knowledge on using the / me and / do 's plus I always stick with the nature of roleplay. I believe I'll improve myself and get adopted to the group as soon as possible.
    Which division do you prefer? Trucking or Mechanical? (State the reason as well): I prefer both but If I had to make a choice I'd say Trucking because It always seemed more interesting to me as I said above.
    3. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE


    Your strenghts/weaknesses: I'm rather calm and I'm always chill. I try to pay everyone respect and except to get respected in return. It's very simple, pay respect and get respect. I'm also a good roleplayer which means that'll be a good addition for me If I can make my way into the GXT. My only weakness is QQ's. I always try to stay away from people currently fighting. I try to avoid them as much as I can since It's very bad fighting on internet.
    What does roleplay stand for?: RolePlay, you are basically acting as It is real life and behave like a normal human being, unlike the RPG system. You try to act as much as realist you can.
    Do you have any experience in roleplaying?: I do, I've played in numerous RP servers.
    Are you capable of obeying orders? I am.
    What do you do if someone insults you in main chat?: I might try to avoid him, but if he's continuously doing it I'll just make a report.

    Tell us something about yourself:
    My real name is Ozan and I live in Turkey. I am currently 21 years old and I study in Ankara University. I have started playing MTA back in 2010 era and I have played in numerous RPG and RP servers. It has been quite a long run for me in MTA and I recently came back to have fun again and due to covid-19 restrictions. I like to go GYM and hangaround with my friends. I can play piano and guitar and used to be amateur football player for my local team. I plan to finish university by 2023 and go to United States New York hopefully. I have planned myself a careet patch and I hope I'll be able to achieve it.

    Do you understand that you will be given a couple of firefighting lessons/instructions before joining Fire Department? I do.
    What is your goal within the Fire Department?
    First of all I want to have fun with my colleagues in the SAFD. Furthermore, I am always open to learn new stuff I believe this is the way people can achieve something big. I respect people around me and I always expect them to pay back. Respect is a mutual word for me. I love to roleplay, this is one of my passions in real life but also in the game. I have good knowledge on RolePlay and I am ready to prove it anytime. I know SAFD is not all based on Roleplay but I believe Roleplay is a huge part of SAFD. I'll make sure to learn new things as long as I stick with the people that's already a part of SAFD.
    Are you ready to be active daily and post activities in media archive regularly? I am.

    What are your strengths?:
    I love to work with people as a team. I believe there is nothing we can overcome If we can work as a team. Mutual respect is also one of the keywords in this case. I am an experienced roleplayer and I believe I'll be able to show off my skills anytime.
    What are your weaknesses?:
    I hate arguements. I always try to stay away if there is any. Also disrespecting people is really bad and I always try to avoid people doing that.
    Why do you want to join the SAFD?
    I believe it will be so much fun to hangaround with the all cool SAFD people. I love firefighters in real life and I do really appreicate the work they do to protect citizens from any kind of fire. It's great to help people and I love to roleplay as a firefighter. I am also quick learner hence I think I will be adopted to faction as quick as possible. I am good at communications which I believe is a plus for me. I know a lot about fire hoses, foam, axe and other stuff that's located on the fire trucks. It's great to learn more and I am more than open for it. If I can make my way into the faction I'll do more than I can do improve my failures and will be always dedicated to learn.
    What specialization would you like to learn within the Fire Department?
    Well as I said above I would love to learn more about the fire trucks and the fire equipment. I do realy appreicate firemen in real life aswell. I would love to learn using the fire trucks properly and the other necessarry skills. I would also like to learn how to actually work as a team and I think SAFD is the right place for it. They all love to work as a team and put their skills together.

    Tell us about yourself (Requirements: minimum 50 words; cohesive text):My name is Ozan and I am living in capital of Turkey. I first signed up on SAES back in 2014-2015 era but didn't really have much time due to my studies so I had to leave but I came back to game from time to time. I used to be in SAPA and I had most of the necessary certifications back then. I also used to be in FBI but had to leave again due to my studies. On the other hand, I am an university student and currently studying in Ankara University about Persian language and Literatur. I have so much interest in gaming industry and MTA was one of them. I spent most of my childhood playing MTA with friends also coding scripts. I can talk, write and understand any accent of english which I assume is needed mostly in an order to join the SWAT but not limited with, also to understand your colleagues or communication on discord or other talking platforms. On the final note, I like spending time on internet watching Netflix and documanteries.

    III. Personal skills and knowledge

    Your strengths:I can work as a team and I am always open to learn new things to make this squad best out the rest. I am also a very good roleplayer and I can decently use the roleplay materials also stick with the flow of roleplay. I also have more than enough knowledge on busting a criminal.
    Your weaknesses:I will always walk away if someone is causing a scene for no reason, can't take qq.
    Why do you want to join S.W.A.T.:I like the concept and I know some of my old friends partipicating there. I believe SWAT has a team of decent and skilled members so I didn't see any reason not to apply for it. We will work great as a team.
    Why do you think you will be good for S.W.A.T.:I've been to countless SWAT squads in countless RPG servers, this is an eight year period but I can say for sure I have enough knowledge to become a member. I also respect the people and I always approach them as how they approach me, mutual respect is what I care about. I thought this is the best place for it.
    Describe a SWAT specific RP and how you would approach the chosen situation (Requirements: minimum 150 words):When people talks about SWAT the first thing that comes to mind is usually bank robberies or hostage situations but no, SWAT is more than that. Officer Tim wakes up to a beatiful sunny day and he gets a call from the headquaters, an important call was made by his commander. Tim arrives to the headquaters and attends the meeting. There is an ongoing drug bust all over Los Santos against the dealers in Santos and he was asked to take part, which he'll proudly take of. He groups with the members and gets dispatched. Most important thing is his safety so he needs to be very careful with his move. One wrong move not only will put his life in danger, but the others aswell. He carefully gears up with the squad and heads for the bust somewhere underground in the LS canals. A tactic is used everyone is sticking to the plan and bum bum! They sucesfully broke down the door and threw a few teargas inside and made their next move. The criminals are taken down and taken to the custody, all drugs and guns are seized. They then report to headquaters and head back there for celebration.
