Donations were never about having ingame advantages above others on SAES, the rewards you get after donating is simply a 'thank you' from the server which are mostly cosmetics and vehicles which you can already obtain by buying from the carshops / getting into an official organisation (which is fairly easy) for aircraft. Having a jetpack on any spawn would grant you a huge advantage over others, just imagine using that vs cops to get away etc, you can see how absurd that sounds. If you want jetpack then use donator spawn, but with that you can't engage in competitive activities on the server, the reason above is why.
