Difference is that UE doesn't have ethnic limits (Like LCN and Russian mobs do). Also, it has politicians who are not just associated but who are part of it. Some of the members of UE are high society members who on the ground are known as businessmen. What binds you with Underground Empire: Active and cool members that organize the best events on the server. I also like to loose my money in their casinos and their roleplay part seems amusing. Even though I'm generally not a big fan of strict roleplay. These activities may include human trafficking, drugs, illicit goods and weapons, armed robbery, counterfeiting and laundering money. It is a global business with revenues estimated in the billions. They have operating models, long-term strategies, strategic alliances and most importantly hierarchies, all serving the same same purpose: to generate the most profit with the least amount of risk.
