@Laza I understand but it was relevant few years back. Now when there is low player count and people have nothing fun to do, this limit should be increased.

Increase property limit as there are many houses to buy but not able to buy due to property limit. Specially because of less player count on server.

Money was the most important factor for me personally.

Buying and reselling properties was very fun.

People get attracted if money is given to them.
That's a fact, if you wish to deny you are free to deny.

I think first downfall for SAES when new rules were implemented regarding housing.
Like introduction of new property limit, restricting the property sell price etc

I think roleplay will come if money is involved in some ways just like everything happens with money in real life.

Real economy like system needs to be introduced in SAES. We can get idea from real life systems weather it is cops, criminals, government, military etc their budgets, employee management, share market with the listed companies to invest in, military budget set by the government, import and export of food or military vehicles or planes with CUBA or other country if added. Income tax department to raid the offices of corrupt people and companies, safe havens country for rich people to deposit their money with privacy etc their can be lots of ideas taken from real life.

Last election results were announced a year ago on 30 Sept 2021.

And as per rules SAES Government Elections needs to be conducted every 4 months.

Why there is no accountability about the current government and its President performance.

Also why there is no clarity about the re-election of new government. Why election is not conducted on time? and when there will be new elections?

Sad moment, this shows there is something lacking on the server.

@Ronseal @Brophy Server owner should make management accountable for this.

There should be a specialized department on SAES where people can ACTIVELY communicate about what makes them stay on server & what changes are making them leave the server.

First thing is we need to acknowledge the problem, if we keep ignoring nothing will change.

I know my statements will not make much changes if the people managing the server do not acknowledge this issue.
