afaik this happens only 1 time and it happens across the map since something was switched something like, faster logging in time but then resources load when you're playing

They exist afaik, just double click on the HEX code or something and the color panel appears.

I suggested the E30 but it looks kinda odd in-game, such a small vehicle but it's decent. The E36 is better for sure, try to find a perfect mod and test it out in-game and perhaps post screenshots so we could see how it looks like in-game.
