Reason for application : The reason why I chose to apply today is because I, being a part of this server for over a year, have thoroughly enjoyed it's gameplay, features, development and atmosphere. Over my time as a player I have only received from the server, I as a player have only enjoyed it without giving anything in return. I, being a member of the Staff Teams of various servers including ranks from Moderator upto Administrator believe that I do possess the intellect and skill-set required to handle the task of a Community Staff member. I currently am a High School Sophomore who pursues a career including Software Engineering. My passion for computers has led me to master many a programming languages including - Java, Python, the C family and Web Development. Despite being a year and half old on the server, my ingame time is not very supportive to that but the reason for that is I had issues with my previous computer which are now resolved, hence I am now back in business. I'm highly active and enjoy cycling over great distances. Over the years, I have noticed that I can do my best when I am a supportive figure of the group, and not it's leader, I can provide my uttermost when I am being guided and enjoy working. Describe SAM in your own words: (Not less than 30 words) SAM, is the first properly structured Medical Team of the server. They have an intention of provision of satsifactory Roleplay alongwith the healing duties that a medic has. SAM will respond to any medical emergency with utmost sincerity and punctuality and have a goal of being one of the Roleplay leaders of the server and they intend to do so by achieving a strong base of diligent members. Why was SAM founded? SAM was founded to establish a definite medical service in the bloodstained city of San Andreas, they are the first ones to respond to any medical crisis and can be relied on by the residents of this nation. They also provide a satisfactory roleplaying experience. What is the SAM motto? Always there when you need us most. Who founded SAM? Sam was founded by Dr.Joe Valachi Section B: Theory: 1 - A major earthquake has occurred in metropolitan Los Santos and there are many casualties. You're based in Blueberry and must respond to a barrage of emergency distress calls as a result of the earthquake. Describe your method of response to this situation and be sure to include how you would interact with your fellow medics and which equipment & vehicles you would use. Answer: My first response would be gathering the rest of the medics together, I would ask 2 medics to load all the life saving equipment including morphine, strechers and painkillers alongwith other large life saving equipment. While I myself would use a Wayferer loaded with first aid for due to an earthquake various fallen structures can block the way and thus a smaller vehicle is more easily able to reach the needed point. I would then scout the best way to reach the heart of the city where most casualties are and would instruct the Ambulance behind me to use the best path for it then I would reach the site and start providing CPR to the ones who have passed out, after reviving them I would prepare to administer first aid and standby until the Ambulance arrives. 2- Multiple officers have been shot while responding to an armed bank robbery. You have been called to assist in the rescue operation. Describe how you would respond. Answer: I would use an ambulance to reach the site and look around for casualties and would apply first aid to the injured policemen to stop their bleeding from gunshot wounds if they have any to preserve their vital signs then I would load them via strechers in my ambulance and take them to the nearest available Hospital for further treatment and surgery. 3- Multiple people have been stabbed and burned by several terrorists at a train station and you 're the first medic to arrive on scene. The wounds are of varying severity. What would you do? I.e. How would you treat the wounds? Answer: First response will be to arrive at the casualty site and take a detailed view of the situation, I would treat the ones with mortal wounds first, I would take off the tight clothes, jewelry and belts of the patients and use the stop-drop-roll method to put off the flames from one who is on fire, I would then apply eye-flushing to preserve the eyes of the injured and apply first aid to increase their vital signs, after they are able to walk I would load them in my ambulance and drive carefully to the nearest Hospital available Section C : Aptitudes: 1.How would you respond to criticism by a superior? Criticism from my superiors would be well received for etiquette dictates that we should listen to our seniors, take their words in consideration and act accordingly for they are but their juniors benefactors. 2.Why exactly are you applying today? I am applying today for I have been a medic for a while in the server and I think that SAM has the resources and techniques that I can utilize to further hone my skills as a paramedic. 3.What are your strengths and weaknesses? I'm quite familiar with the San Andreas map and hence know the easiest,shortest and safest routes to reach a site ASAP, my driving skills are quite decent as well and I am fearless to step in to heal amongst total chaos. My weaknesses include that I'm not able to focus while driving on my vehicle so sometimes I run out of fuel or my vehicle gets damaged unnoticed 4.Why should we accept you to our team? SAM, the medical team of the server should accept me for I am active, trustworthy and willing to hone my skills as a paramedic and roleplay in the server, I can provide satisfaction in my position to my superiors and it is not an unknown fact that if I am given a chance as a SAM member, I would not let my superiors down.
