Halfway through his shift, he received a call from an unfamiliar number, asking him to deliver a package urgently from a shady alley in Los Santos, Willowfield to the Whetstone County Warehouse. Arriving at Willowfield, Ethan met a nervous man who handed him a freezer, insisting it must stay cold and be delivered quickly, the shady man mentioned that if the package doesn't get delivered in time, there will be consequences. As he drove, Ethan couldn't shake his curiosity and opened the freezer, discovering a human kidney inside. Panicking, he faced a choice: continue the delivery or contact the authorities. Deciding to continue the delivery, he arrived at the warehouse in Whetstone, heart pounding. The recipient, another shady character, took the freezer without a word and disappeared inside. Shaken, Ethan returned to his regular route, but the experience haunted him. He found himself looking over his shoulder, wary of every new delivery. As days passed, Ethan began to notice suspicious figures watching him. He realized he was now entangled in something much bigger than himself. Determined to protect himself and those he cared about, Ethan decided to be more cautious with future deliveries. He started taking different routes, changing his routines, and even invested in a dashcam for added security. The memory of the kidney delivery stayed with him, a constant reminder of the hidden dangers in what once seemed like a simple job. Ethan's life as a delivery man was never the same, but he adapted, becoming smarter and more vigilant. He continued his work, now with an edge of experience and caution that kept him one step ahead in the unpredictable world of Los Santos.
