Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:
Rule number 4:At the start of a chase, offer the pursued person a chance to surrender with the '/sur' command, reducing jail time by 75%. Pro Cop protocol requires two warnings: the second is the last chance. Use roleplay binds for roleplay chases and standard binds for regular pursuits to ensure clear communication.
Rule number 5:Give suspects enough time to respond to your instructions. Avoid spamming PC binds, as they might not see the chat right away during a chase. Allow them time to read and decide whether to cooperate.
Rule number 7:In your first 2-week probation with Pro Cops, use the tag Name|PC* for easy identification. While on duty as a Pro Cop, ensure you're easily recognized by your roleplay name or regular server nickname.
Rule number 9:once you receive the invitation, promptly sign in to the PC Forum.
PART IV: Roleplay commands

Include an example:The /me command is a powerful tool for enhancing roleplay by allowing players to narrate their character's actions in a detailed and immersive way.
