You should spawn only when there are a police member as your handler , and he have to be conscious about the rules 2.You have to be commitment about you role 3. Dogs cant arrest 4.Dogs should stay with their handler all the time 5.Dogs doesn't have a free will they cant act on their own and should listen always to their handler 6.Dogs cant talk on Local/Main chats they are allowed to chat only through PM's/Party Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: When starting a persuit you should give the criminal a chance to surrender using your bind so he will be informed that if he surrender 75% of jail time will be reduced, you must give the criminal second chance clearing your intention that if he doesn't pull over he will be taken down and arrested immediatly.
