More skins for Arms Dealer

Drug dealer got 5 skins and Arms dealer has 2 skins and both are ugly , Add more skins for the arms dealer spawn .

As the Arms Dealers spawn, Biker also should get at least two additional skins. Spoke about this with @Tut-Greco but he still hasn't requested it, no biggie tho

That'd be a skin that official gangs can be given. I don't know why it isn't already... perhaps it's modded. I'll look into it and see what can be done.
You're welcome to use og loc (ID 293) for gangs as it is not occupied for mods. I also don't think there are any special groups using the skin.

Personally I think it's time to get rid of the mod that we're using for arms dealer and go back to the default grey jacket dude.
