Don't need PayPal, you can do it via a card using stripe

We do, local ones only, you can not use them on stripe or so.

how do you buy games on internet then ?

I don't think we do, we have local stores that has friends for example from europe, they buy those steam cards and games then they sell them on tunisia, or you just trade stuff via internet
