These are dialects not languages
The presence of arabic and tunisian seperated is because its one of the most hard dialects that come from arabic

I've seen translations in informal Tunisian and Algerian however those dialects would differ between the 22 Arab countries so this is in formal Arabic. Basically anyone from the middle east should understand this
