Good bidding!GUI of the property:Exterior:House has been owned by me for quite a long time, it has a proper vehicle spawn obviously and from unique side it has it's own mini dock beside the house where little canal flows in to from sea. Has a plenty of room for donation boat(s).Note that my donation boat beside the house will be removed once the auction is over, but exceptions can be made.
