Phoenix Posted January 31, 2019 Author Share Posted January 31, 2019 Case #3Judge: @SnowyyyLawyer: @Phoenixjury : @Licano and @Siirtugaaccused: @reketprosecutor : @TaJplaintiff : @CurvyCase: Stolen CarA short summary about the case: Curvy informed us that his car is stolen from his working place , After few hours we saw an officer arrested the man who stole the car , we started the case at the court the judge started it then he asked the defense if they are ready they said that they are ready then the jury stand and raise their right hand to swear that they will fairly try the case before this court after that the judge asked the car owner about his name and his working place and when the crime occur then he asked about his license number the car owner said that it was "5CBX239" then the judge asked him to sit ,then he asked the defense if they have any question they said "Not at this time your Honor" then he asked the officer to stand as a witness and raise his hand to swear after swearing he told him to say his name and where he saw the car he said his name and he said that he saw it going to las vanturas North , he asked him " is this car has the license number "5CBX239"" the officer said yes the judge asked him why he noticed the car the officer said "because It fit the description of a car which was on our list of stolen vehicles " he asked him if he stopped the car and where he answered and he said the he asked the driver to step out and he arrested him , the judge said " Do you see the driver here in court? " the officer said yes and pointed at him then the judge asked him if he searched the car after arresting he said yes and he found a set of keys in the ignition when those keys were brought the judge asked if they were the keys he was talking about the officer said yes , then the judge asked the defense if he has any questions he said yes and asked the officer then the officer answered his question then they sent the keys to the expert to examine the keys the judge asked the expert if the fingerprint was belong to the accused the expert said yes , then he asked the defense if he has any question the defense said yes your honor and asked the expert if there're another fingerprint on the keys the expert said that it's correct the defense asked him if he knows to whom they belong the expert didn't know then the defense thanked him and said that he didn't have a further question then the judge said " Will the jury foreperson please stand? Phoenix Posted February 3, 2019 Author Share Posted February 3, 2019 Case #4Judge : @FilexJury : @DenisPlaintiff : @SnowyyyPlaintiff's Lawyer : @AdistarAccused / Defendant : @SteveAccused's Lawyer : @PhoenixWitness : @Siirtuga (teacher) @ColdPlay @Curvy @KarmaCase : Snowyyy's missing lunchStory: we got a report from Snowyyy involved the disappearance of her lunch from her lunch box so we started the case, In this case, Snowyyy, who is a third grader at Los Santos School is the plaintiff and Steve who is also a third grader at Los Santos School is the defendant., The judge stated the case and described the case to the jury and told him that snowyyy was asking him to decide whether or not steve had stolen her lunch from her lunch box, leaving only a banana peel and a few crumbs.then he asked the plaintiff's lawyer if he wish to make an opening statement The lawyer said that the evidence in this case would prove that steve had taken my client's yellow lunch box from the classroom basket while taking the basket from the third grade classroom to the cafeteria. When snowyyy had opened her lunch box in the cafeteria, her peanut butter sandwich, her bag of potato chips and her Capri-Sun Punch drink had been missing. The only thing left in the lunch box were a few crumbs and a banana peel. the defendant's lawyer said that his client had been wrongly accused of stealing Snowyyy's lunch. He had been asked by Mr.Siirtuga to carry all of the lunch boxes to the cafeteria. He had carried them down to the cafeteria but hadn't eat Snowyyy's lunch . Then the judge asked the plaintiff's lawyer to call his first witness , He first called Snowyyy to the witness stand and asked her some personal questions then he asked her to describe the lunch that she had brought to school she said that she had brought a banana, a Capri-Sun Punch drink, potato chips and a peanut butter sandwich in my yellow lunch box. Then he asked her what in the lunch box had been when she had opened it in the cafeteria she said some crumbs and a banana peel. He showed her a lunch box and asked her what marked as Exhibit #1 was she said that it was her lunch box the lawyer asked to move that Exhibit #1 be admitted into evidence the judge accepted it then the lawyer said "That's all your honor" the judge asked the defendant's lawyer if he wanted to cross-examine Snowyyy he asked her whether she had seen Steve eating her lunch , she said no , the he said "No further questions, your honor." , The judge asked the plaintiff's lawyer to call his second witness , he called Mr. siirtuga , he asked him some personal questions then asked him if he had two students in his class named Snowyyy and steve , he said yes , the lawyer asked him if they are good or no , before the teacher answered the question , the defendant's lawyer had said " Objection! The question is not relevant to the case " then the judge said " Objection sustained." The plaintiff's lawyer asked mr.siirtuga if he asked steve to take Snowyyy's lunch box to the cafeteria he said yes then the lawyer asked him About how long steve had been gone from the classroom he said 5 minutes the lawyer asked him How far it was to the cafeteria from his classroom he said " Down two flights of stairs." The lawyer asked him if anything unusual happen When steve had returned to the class he said " Yes. He and Joseph Cool started giggling and I had to write their names on the board." Then the lawyer said " I have no further questions, your honor." The judge asked the defendant's lawyer if he wished to cross-examine. He said yes and asked Mr.Siirtuga if he knew why steve and Joseph Cool were giggling. He said no , The lawyer said to him "How many other people could have touched Snowyyy's lunch box while it was in the cafeteria?" he said " Oh, I don't know, probably anyone in the kindergarten, first or second grades who all eat before we do." The lawyer said " Thank you. That's all, your honor." Then the judge said to Mr.siirtuga " You may be excused, Mr Siirtuga. Next witness." The plaintiff's lawyer called ColdPlay to stand then he asked coldplay some personal questions then asked him if he knew steve he said " Yes, he is in my class." The lawyer asked him if he noticed anything unusual about him , he said " I noticed he had peanut butter on his mouth! " the lawyer said " No further questions." The defendant's lawyer asked Mr.karma if he noticed this peanut butter on Steve before or after lunch . he said the he didn't remember . The judge said " You may be excused. Any more witnesses? " the plaintiff's lawyer said " Just one. I call Curvy to the stand." The lawyer asked him some personal questions and asked him if he found anything he said " Yes, I found an empty Capri-Sun Punch carton in the trash can." Then the lawyer asked him what marked as Exhibit #2 ,he said " this is the empty Capri-Sun Punch carton that I found" The lawyer said " I move that Exhibit #2 be admitted into evidence" the judge said " Exhibit #2 is offered into evidence. Do you want to cross-examine this witness, defense counsel?" the defendant's lawyer said " Yes. Curvy, what time did you find the empty carton?" he said "about 4:00 p.m" then the lawyer asked him if he had any idea who put it there. He said no , the judge said " Thank you, you are dismissed." The plaintiff's lawyer said " Plaintiff rests her case." The judge said to the defendant's lawyer " Defense counsel, you may present your case to the jury." He called Steve to stand and asked him some personal questions then he asked if he got his name on the board that day , he said yes the lawyer asked him why , he said that they were talking the lawyer asked him What they had been talking about , he said that he didn't remember the lawyer said " That's all. I have no further questions." The judge said " Plaintiff's counsel, do you have any cross-examination of this witness?" the plaintiff's lawyer said no then the judge said " Any further witnesses?" they said no, then the judge said to the plaintiif's lawyer " Plaintiff's counsel, would you care to make a closing argument to the jury?" the lawyer said " Your honor, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the evidence you have heard proves that Steve had possession of Snowyyy's lunch box after he left the classroom on the second floor. The evidence also shows that when Snowyyy opened her lunch box in the cafeteria all that was left were a few crumbs and a banana peel You heard Mr.siirtuga saw peanut butter on Steve's mouth and that Steve and Joseph Cool were "giggling" about something when he returned from the cafeteria. Don't you think it was about a trick he had played on Snowyyy? You also know that Curvy found an empty Capri-Sun Punch carton in the boys bathroom later that day. I ask you to do the right thing and bring back a verdict in favor of Snowyyy and against Steve" then the judge said to the defendant's lawyer " Defense counsel, do you wish to address the jury?" the lawyer said " Yes, your honor. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, Steve is an innocent guy. Do you think he could take a basket full of lunch boxes down two flights of stairs, eat all of Snowyyy's lunch, go to the boys bathroom and still get back upstairs in just five minutes? Do you think he could eat Snowyyy's lunch? He might be a hungry boy, but nobody is that hungry! Coldplay said he had peanut butter on his mouth but he didn't know if that was before or after he ate his own peanut butter sandwich. Plenty of kids could have eaten Snowyyy's lunch. Remember, Mr.Siirtuga said all the kindergarten, first and second grade kids eat their lunch in the cafeteria before the third grade does. I ask you to do the right thing and bring back a verdict in favor of Steve and against Snowyyy" The judge said " Juror, you will now retire to the jury room to deliberate. John Brown were found killed near a pizza restaurant by the chief and reported the cop at 9 AM , After examining the victim they discovered that he died at 3 AM . The investigator discovered that Mr.Brown has 2 main enemies after investigating he discovered that Mr.Curvy is the murder , he informed us about what happened and asked us to open a case .We selected a time for that case to start . in this time people came and sit on seat ,Bailiff: All riseThen all rose except the judge to start the case then the Bailiff said : " department one of the superior court is now in session Judge Curvy presiding , please be seated "the judge said " Ladies and gentlemen, this case involves the murder of John Brown, in this case , John Brown a businessman from Los Santos live at vinewood is the victim and Curvy a businessman from Las venturas and Brown's friend, Is the defense console is ready?"Defender: Ready for the defense, Your HonorJudge : Bailiff call for the first witness.Bailiff : Johnny may you come here.When Johnny came to say what he saw the judge said : "Raise your right hand.
