I see @Ikzelf 's concern and I feel like there should be a rule that doesnt allow gangs to GR when there are less than 3 or 4 gang members online.. And also they shouldn't be allowed to GR the gang when they are in the middle of a BR.. But when it comes to turfing I think it should be allowed.. Afterall the gangs need to manage to protect both base and turf.. No matter what level or whatever.. They should be organized.. Half the gang to the GR half the gang to the turf.. Or just defend one and screw the other one.. Just my opinion not trying to cause fights.
