The Idea

Launch a voluntary community initiative which will be known as Community Vanguard Initiative (CVI).

The members of the CVI will not have responsibilities of moderating players, administering the server or receiving any gaming bonuses. They will simply be there to make sure that there are more activities that are going to motivate players to log into the game daily.

For this, introduce a new spawn point “Community Hub”. This place will serve as the meeting point of the CVI members, from where they will be able to plan events and invite players to them.

Some potential features of CVI:

-          Various community events planned by the CVI members

-          Medals, achievements, or any other cosmetic rewards for hosting and participating in events in order to promote healthy rivalry.

-          A special discord channel for CVI, where activity hosts can coordinate with admins.

-          The tracking of the “Community Hub” play time and hosted events, so that the staff can keep track of the most productive CVI members.

The CVI should stay a voluntary community project that focuses on entertainment and not on creating another faction for gameplay.

Why

The server is getting quieter, and the majority of players are logging in only to realize there is nothing they can do. With CVI in place, player-run events will be conducted frequently without totally depending on the administrators.

A team with the main aim of engaging the community would provide numerous incentives for players to keep coming back to the server each day, get to know new people, and participate in various activities. Medals and the activity tracking system will also ensure that the volunteers are motivated and recognized for their contributions to the community.

As the Community Hub does not provide any gaming advantage, the program remains impartial to all.
