flopfather Posted October 8 Posted October 8 (edited) 📰 San Andreas Media Agency - News Report Title: House of Chips—Inside the Underground Empire's Hold on SAES Casino Scene Photos received directly through ethical sources Reported by: @flopfather Special Thanks to: @Freezy San Andreas Media Agency - Your Source for Real Stories Across San Andreas Spoiler House of Chips — Inside the Underground Empire’s Hold on San Andreas’ Casinos Date: October 2025 Lead The Underground Empire (UE) stands today as one of the most established and influential organizations within San Andreas. Through steady growth, strategic alliances, and years of presence across the state, the Empire now holds confirmed ownership of multiple casinos, positioning itself as a key player in the entertainment and economic landscape of Las Venturas. Origins and Rise Founded on June 23, 1866, according to their official records, the Underground Empire’s legacy is built on discipline, loyalty, and calculated expansion. Initially established as a private network of entrepreneurs and high-society figures, the group gradually evolved into a fully structured organization with a clear hierarchy, internal ranks, and an application process that filters only the most qualified recruits. UE’s public documentation on the SAES forum portrays a syndicate that has maintained stability through decades of in-character history, balancing secrecy with selective publicity. From a small, private circle, it expanded into a symbol of influence, not only in business, but in reputation. Casino Dominance in Las Venturas Over the years, the Underground Empire has established firm control over a significant portion of Las Venturas’ casino district, a feat few organizations can claim. The group’s confirmed ownership of numerous casinos across the city solidifies its economic foothold and influence over one of San Andreas’ most profitable industries. UE’s members describe their operations as legitimate investments, with a focus on luxury entertainment and customer experience. In recent interviews and public statements, Empire representatives emphasize that their goal is to ensure Las Venturas remains the “capital of opportunity,” a city where both citizens and tourists can test their luck in a safe and regulated environment. Detailed Outlook on the properties run by the UE: Strained Ties with Administration Despite their long-standing influence, Underground Empire’s relationship with SAES administration has often been rocky. Over the years, the organization has faced multiple demotions by admins, each stemming from internal controversies, leadership disputes, or rule infractions. These repeated demotions have strained ties between UE and the administrative team, yet the group’s resilience has always shown through. Each setback followed by a determined return to prominence, proving that the Empire’s foundations remain as unshakable as ever. Structure and Discipline The Empire’s forum presence highlights a clear chain of command, from its leadership council to junior members and external associates. Every member operates under strict internal rules that ensure loyalty and professionalism. Applicants undergo a detailed review process through their public forum applications, where dedication and maturity are evaluated before acceptance. This structured approach has allowed UE to maintain a consistent identity and culture, avoiding the instability that has affected many other organizations throughout San Andreas’ history. Criminal Operations and Turf Control Beyond their business empire, the Underground Empire’s criminal operations are an open secret across San Andreas. Their members are frequently seen at the center of high-profile casino robberies, often targeting rival establishments to assert dominance or disrupt competition. UE’s reach extends further, from store and bank heists to coordinated assaults on rival gang territories, their presence is felt wherever money and power intersect. The group’s involvement in turf wars across major cities has left a trail of destruction and fear, solidifying their reputation as one of the most feared and efficient criminal networks in the state. For UE, crime isn’t merely a means of survival , it’s a strategic weapon used to expand influence, crush opposition, and remind San Andreas who truly controls the underground. UE and SM also maintain a mutual understanding over turf zones across San Andreas. Rather than competing, both groups coordinate territory control to avoid conflicts and maximize profit. This quiet arrangement keeps their alliance strong and their influence widespread. Territorial Control Overview: Public Image and Influence Within the San Andreas community, the Underground Empire’s image walks a fine line between admiration and fear. Supporters praise the group’s longevity, economic dominance, and their undeniable role in keeping Las Venturas’ nightlife alive, crediting UE for sustaining the city’s high-roller tourism economy. Yet behind the neon lights and casino glamour lies a darker reality, UE’s grip is maintained through ruthless turf management and a history of violent confrontations against rival groups. Critics argue that their tight control over the casino business borders on monopoly, enforced not only through money and influence but through force and intimidation. Whether seen as businessmen or enforcers, few can deny that the Underground Empire has transformed Las Venturas from a city of chance into a city ruled by calculated power. Diplomacy and Alliances While the Underground Empire is best known for its dominance and criminal operations, its diplomatic strategy is equally calculated. When asked about their alliances, UE representatives highlighted their long-standing relations with the Santucci Mob. Over the course of history, both organisations have shared their business and underworld interests forming a strong bond. This loyalty reflects the Empire’s ability to forge and maintain powerful connections across San Andreas’ underworld. On the topic of rivalries, their response was equally telling , “None can be rival for UE!! Just some enemies so we enjoy the game.” The remark captures UE’s confident, almost playful outlook on conflict, reinforcing their image as an organization that views challenges not as threats, but as opportunities to demonstrate their unmatched influence and control. In the words that best encapsulate their philosophy, the Underground Empire lives by one simple rule: “Nothing personal, just business.” Sources Official Underground Empire forum thread, SAES:RPG Forums. flopfather Posted Thursday at 08:05 Posted Thursday at 08:05 (edited) 📰 San Andreas Media Agency - News Report Title: Fall of OMERTA GUARDIANS—New dawn for ARMS ASSASSINS Reported by: @flopfather San Andreas Media Agency—Your Source for Real Stories Across San Andreas Spoiler The Fall of Omerta Guardians—A Legacy Reborn Through Arms Assassins San Andreas, October 2025 - Once regarded as one of the most promising rising forces in the San Andreas underworld, Omerta Guardians (OG) have officially closed their chapter this month, marking the end of a notable journey that began in January 2025. Formed with ambition and guided by a core of well-known and experienced players, Omerta Guardians swiftly climbed the ranks to Level 3, earning respect within the community for their coordination, discipline, and strong internal structure. Their early months reflected a gang with clear vision and the potential to become a lasting name among San Andreas’ elite organizations. However, the momentum that once fueled their rise began to fade over the following months. Declining member activity, challenges in maintaining gang management requirements, and overall organizational fatigue gradually weakened the gang’s standing. Despite consistent efforts by leadership to restore the group’s vitality, OG found themselves unable to meet the activity standards necessary to sustain their position. In October 2025, the decision was made to officially disband Omerta Guardians. Yet, rather than dispersing entirely, the gang’s experienced members chose to merge with Arms Assassins (AA), a strategic move that has since invigorated AA with new strength and leadership experience. flopfather Posted Friday at 11:53 Posted Friday at 11:53 📰 San Andreas Media Agency - News Report Title: The Outlaw's Turfless Reign Reported by: @flopfather Exclusive Interview with: @CIRO San Andreas Media Agency - Your Source for Real Stories Across San Andreas Spoiler The Outlaw’s Turfless Reign A Deep Dive into the Struggles of San Andreas’ Most Active Yet Turfless Gang Exclusive Interview presented by SAMA Among San Andreas’ bustling gang scene, the Outlaws (oL) have always been one of the most recognizable names. Known for their high activity levels and frequent appearances across criminal events, the gang once seemed destined to dominate the turf map. Yet, despite their large numbers and daily presence, they’ve continuously failed to secure and hold territories, a shortcoming that has sparked conversation throughout the city’s underground. To understand the roots of this recurring issue, SAMA reached out to the Outlaws’ representatives as well as a group of experienced turf veterans from across the server. What emerged was a contrast between how the gang perceives its own internal challenges and how the rest of the community views them. The Outlaws’ Perspective Inside the Outlaws, turfing isn’t merely viewed as a contest of firepower or a numbers game, it’s considered a test of unity, coordination, and discipline. According to their representatives, turf wars symbolize more than just capturing land; they embody a gang’s strength and ability to work together under pressure. For them, turfing brings excitement, purpose, and a reason for members to log in and engage with one another regularly. Their leadership emphasizes that the gang’s focus extends beyond pure PvP skill. While combat ability matters, they believe that attitude, dedication, and willingness to improve define a true outlaw. This inclusive philosophy has led them to welcome newer players who may lack advanced fighting skills but show commitment and enthusiasm for learning. In their words, skills are not something people are born with, they are built through effort and persistence. To maintain this culture of improvement, the gang conducts internal duels and training sessions aimed at keeping members sharp and active. These sessions are meant to strengthen coordination and build confidence among players, ensuring that the group remains lively and connected. However, the Outlaws acknowledge that motivation within the gang has not been at its best lately. They point to factors such as perceived unfair advantages on the opponent’s side, whether due to imbalance in equipment, coordination, or external factors which, they say, have discouraged many members from participating in turf wars. This lack of morale, they argue, isn’t limited to their group alone; even the law enforcement factions, they claim, have shown declining interest in turf-related activities after recent updates. From their perspective, the solution lies not in blaming individuals but in reviving a sense of collective purpose. The Outlaws believe that scheduling regular turf sessions, rewarding active members, and maintaining strong communication can help reignite passion for turf wars. They stress that consistent effort and visible progress can slowly rebuild motivation, reminding members of the satisfaction that comes from teamwork and victory. The View from the Outside While the Outlaws attribute their struggles to waning motivation and external challenges, the wider community of seasoned turf veterans sees a different picture. According to these players, the gang’s problems stem less from external disadvantages and more from internal disorganization and weak leadership. Many experienced turfers agree that Outlaws’ activity level is undeniable, their presence in the city is constant, and several of their members possess respectable combat skills. Yet, they claim that the gang often lacks a defined structure during turf battles. Without strong direction or coordinated leadership, players enter fights without a clear plan or strategy, leading to chaos and confusion when under pressure. Veterans also describe Outlaws’ turf tactics as inconsistent and sometimes outright ineffective. Rather than positioning strategically or working as a unit, members often engage individually, resulting in quick eliminations and scattered resistance. Several turfers described their approach as “unfocused” and “unrealistic,” claiming that their attempts often appear more comedic than competitive. Another issue frequently raised by outsiders is the gang’s recruitment policy. By opening their doors to nearly anyone willing to join, the Outlaws have built an army of mixed-skill players but at the cost of cohesion. While inclusivity helps build community, it can also make it harder to establish a synchronized fighting core. Without filtering for experience or tactical awareness, the group becomes too large to manage effectively, especially during high-pressure turf encounters that require rapid coordination and voice communication. Most critics agree that the Outlaws’ downfall is not due to lack of potential, but rather an absence of accountability and leadership discipline. Without a clear command structure, individual players lose focus, act independently, and eventually lose interest when results don’t improve. Over time, this cycle of frustration leads to lower morale, fewer victories, and the very “unfairness” the Outlaws claim to face, except this time, it’s self-inflicted. Conclusion The Outlaws stand today as a symbol of both dedication and disorder. Their energy, inclusivity, and constant presence make them an essential part of the San Andreas criminal scene, yet these same traits have also become their greatest weaknesses. Without a strong guiding hand and a unified strategy, their activity has turned into aimless motion rather than purposeful momentum. Reviving their turfing reputation will require more than just training sessions or motivational speeches. It will demand firm leadership, organized tactics, and the ability to turn individual effort into collective power. The Outlaws have already proven that they can fill the streets with presence, now, they must prove they can command them. flopfather Posted Saturday at 11:08 Posted Saturday at 11:08 📰 San Andreas Media Agency - News Report Title: Life Behind a Badge: Cops of SAES Reported by: @flopfather Detailed Discussion with: @M8N San Andreas Media Agency - Your Source for Real Stories Across San Andreas Spoiler Life Behind a Badge: Cops of SAES In the world of SAES rpg, law enforcement plays a crucial yet often misunderstood role. While criminals dominate much of the chaos and fun, the cops stand as the balancing force upholding order in a server built on mayhem. But what’s it really like to live life behind the badge in SAES? To find out, we spoke with M8N, one of the most experienced and well-known cops in the community often referred to as a “sweat” or “tryhard” for his unmatched skill and dedication to the job. He opened up about the struggles, misconceptions, and realities of being a cop in San Andreas. The Hate Toward Law Enforcement When asked why cops face so much hate in SAES, M8N didn’t hesitate to answer. “Cops face a lot of hate cause they ‘ruin crims fun.’ The cop job is to arrest criminals while they’re doing their activity, and that makes a lot of them hate us. The jail time being 250 seconds also adds to the frustration many just go AFK after getting arrested.” In a server where chaos is entertainment, being the one who enforces order naturally makes you unpopular. Yet, that very dynamic is what keeps SAES’s ecosystem alive. Cops and criminals need each other, even if they don’t admit it. A Drop in Numbers - or Just a Shift? Many believe that the number of active cops has dropped over time, but according to M8N, the picture is more nuanced. “The activity didn’t drop, in fact, the whole summer was cop-sided because crim activity was low. But not many cops dedicate their time to chasing 20 criminals alone. They try once, twice, maybe three times, and then give up. In summer, when you have 12+ other cops with you, the job is easier.” The issue isn’t necessarily the number of cops, it’s motivation and balance. When the city’s streets are flooded with criminals and only a few officers remain on duty, even the best can burn out. The Hardest Part: Being Outnumbered For most players, the cop job seems simple: tase, arrest, repeat. But M8N describes a much harsher reality. “The hardest part is being outnumbered. People think the cop job is easy, but they don’t realize the ping differences, the rooftops, or being outnumbered. Imagine chasing 10 criminals and all of them are on roofs, you’ll get farmed unless you get some help.” It’s a battle of coordination and patience rather than just reflexes. The odds often favor the criminals, especially when teamwork and numbers are on their side. Evolving Gameplay Has cop gameplay gotten easier or harder over the years? According to M8N, it’s mostly the same with a few frustrating changes. “Can’t say it’s easier or harder, for me it’s the same. I face some issues sometimes with the speed-weed combo. The taser range nerf has been bad for cops, but overall, gameplay is the same as before.” Even as SAES evolves, the fundamentals of police work remain consistent: teamwork, timing, and the will to fight against the odds. What Cops Miss Out On Being a cop isn’t all sirens and shootouts, it also comes with limitations. “The freedom of doing whatever you want. As a cop, your activity depends on crims. If they rob an SR, you respond to that. If they rob a bank, you go there. As a criminal, you can do anything like help in turfs, join BRs, kill cops all day, use weed-speed combo, etc.” While criminals enjoy spontaneity, cops are bound to structure and responsibility. It’s a trade-off between freedom and purpose. A Message to SAES To close the conversation, we asked M8N what message he’d like to send to both cops and criminals. His answer was simple but powerful: “Enjoy the gameplay while it lasts. Don’t be toxic, stop crying about everything, and have balls.” It’s a statement that reflects not just his experience but also his philosophy. SAES is at its best when everyone plays for fun, not ego. Sources Exclusive interview with FBI officer M8N, veteran cop of SAES. flopfather Posted Saturday at 11:37 Posted Saturday at 11:37 📰 San Andreas Media Agency - News Report Title: Medellin Rising: Cartel Back in Business Reported by: @flopfather Special Thanks to: @WenDo San Andreas Media Agency - Your Source for Real Stories Across San Andreas Spoiler Medellín Rising: Cartel Back in Business Once considered untouchable, the Medellín Cartel stood as one of the most feared and respected names in San Andreas. Their dominance stretched across roleplay, coordination, and organization, a symbol of power and precision. But even empires fall, and Medellín’s sudden disappearance left a void that few could fill. Now, after years in silence, the cartel has re-emerged stronger and more focused than ever. In only three months since its revival in 2025, Medellín has already secured level 2 and is preparing to claim a new base a move that will open the door to turf wars, bank robberies, and a return to the full spectrum of criminal activity. Their rise has once again drawn the attention of both rivals and law enforcement, signaling that the cartel’s era of influence may be far from over. Why the Empire Fell The original Medellín’s downfall wasn’t due to weakness or internal collapse, but frustration. According to discussions with cartel leadership, the organization’s relationship with the Gang Management team had become strained over time. Daily disagreements, long delays in recognition, and a lack of proper reward distribution built an atmosphere of discontent. Despite being one of the few gangs consistently pushing realistic roleplay, reportedly conducting around 40 to 60 RPs monthly, Medellín felt underappreciated. They prided themselves on maintaining the RP scene while others prioritized turf advantages and small, less immersive character models to gain combat benefits. Feeling ignored and disrespected, Medellín chose to close its doors, leaving behind a legacy that still echoed across the server. The Spark That Ignited the Comeback The return of Medellín wasn’t driven by ego or rivalry, it was driven by loyalty. For many of its original members, the cartel was more than a gang; it was a family. Over time, former associates and allies began reaching out to leadership, asking if Medellín would ever make a comeback. The nostalgia of past operations, combined with the loyalty of old friends, reignited the flame. When the decision was finally made to reopen in 2025, the response was immediate. Veteran members returned, fresh blood joined, and the structure that once made Medellín a powerhouse was quickly rebuilt. This unity became the foundation of their rise. A mixture of legacy and modern strategy blended into a renewed identity. Rebuilding the Foundation Unlike many groups that struggle to regain footing after a relaunch, Medellín approached the comeback with clarity and patience. Leadership viewed the early months not as a grind, but as a test of art, the “recruiting art months,” as described internally. Their focus was on assembling a disciplined, balanced team rather than chasing instant numbers. This approach paid off. By emphasizing trust, coordination, and personality fit over raw activity, the cartel created a team that felt cohesive from the start. In the words of one senior representative, the key to a stable gang isn’t power, it’s chemistry. Medellín learned that the real work begins before the first turf is even captured. The Road to Level 2 Reaching level 2 within three months might sound like an easy milestone for a group with Medellín’s legacy, but it was the result of consistent effort and smart management. The cartel didn’t rush; instead, they focused on steady activity, structured organization, and a unified mindset. Dedication, teamwork, and belief in their vision became the driving factors. Leadership didn’t treat the level-up as a goal to brag about, but as a checkpoint, proof that the system they built still works. To them, it was a sign that Medellín could adapt to the new environment of SAES without losing its identity. Plans for the Future With a base expected to be officially assigned within days, Medellín is preparing for the next phase of operations. The leadership has hinted at a balanced approach staying true to traditional cartel activities such as VIP abductions and store robberies, while also shifting focus toward turf wars and coordinated bank heists. Unlike their previous era, where RP often took center stage, the new Medellín aims to combine tactical gameplay with immersive storytelling. The idea is to dominate through both intelligence and presence to be feared not just for firepower, but for precision and discipline. The New Medellín Mindset Observers within the community note a key difference between the old and new Medellín: maturity. This time, the leadership seems less reactive and more strategic. There’s less focus on external disputes and more emphasis on building internal strength. The cartel’s leadership understands that growth isn’t just about reputation; it’s about consistency and adaptability. The group’s internal communication, recruitment structure, and event coordination appear to have evolved significantly since the previous era. Early signs suggest Medellín intends to re-establish itself as a benchmark of professionalism among criminal groups rather than merely a feared name on the scoreboard. A Legacy Rekindled The revival of Medellín has brought something back to SAES that had been missing: a blend of old-school discipline and modern ambition. Their story isn’t just about a gang reopening; it’s about resilience, loyalty, and belief in something that outlived its downfall. Whether Medellín can reclaim its former dominance is yet to be seen, but the intent is clear: they’re not here to revisit history, they’re here to rewrite it.
