Increase the number of props

I think that the maximum props of 8 is considered low with the developments of the game, especially since in the past the average number of players was high, exceeding 130, and now it is 50, and also the number of banks increased from 3 to 9. Therefore, I suggest increasing the props for each player from 8 to 12.

It took me a year to get ahold of a property, from 8 property owner hoarder who logged in precisely at first dates of the month for a year to lose it over period of 4 additional months with an admins self-righteous arm. 
You don't really have to spawn in every bank possible to hold onto 9 or even 12 properties.

Well, even if you don't have a property next to every bank, you have to have a property next to a jail, and that's without talking about high-income properties and the base as well.
