I, Killer (killer1920), the owner of "Tmh Headquarters" located on BC Hill (Old TMH Base), agree to the aforementioned contract. The duration of the contract will be terminated once the ATF closes or when I (the property owner) need it back. I will retrieve the property from the A.T.F with a fee of $1. Additionally, the property cannot be sold or rented to any third party without my approval. Whenever I wish to reclaim the property, I will inform the squad at least one month in advance to ensure they are prepared to move out
