Greetings gents. The L.W.S. HQ team have decided it's time to OPEN our recruitment.

As always recruitment process is focused more on the applicant(s) effort and dedication, building, ability to focus, creativity, and lastly adequacy for the job, business as usual.

Alongside the basic application format which is posted below will be a shortlist of 'x' number of applicants. These shortlisted applicants will then be tested by L.W.S. HQ.

Be advised our recruitment application process will end on December 25th, during this time, you may edit your application.

NOTE:

The LWS HQ team reserves the right to deny or remove any applicant from the application process at any time.

This can happen for many reasons, and LWS HQ will not have to explain their reasoning to applicants should this happen.

Here's some examples of why your application may be removed/denied:

If you are caught plagiarizing another applicant's app, or event links you will automatically be removed from the application process.

Overall behavior and suitability for the spawn, it's access and features. General attitude towards community will be an important factor.

L.W.S Former Members are not required to open an event topic.

 

Those who want to apply must:

Have been playing on the server for over a year or more.

We will focus on in-game activity for the last months.

Minimal reports the last 6 months.

Be mature and responsible enough to take on the role.

Have done a minimum of 30 to 80 events through the course of 2023 - 2024. <- We take this a lot into consideration.

Events you see yourself doing if you get to join L.W.S: Generally, most people prefer to create quick and easy events for the media archive. Yes, this could be my preference when necessary, but I usually don't want to create boring events because why would I do boring things in a game that I play to have fun? I usually don't like events that rely on luck or where the winner is chosen by others, such as Chicken Shooter or Lucky Nade. I don't see myself organizing these types of events. I see myself organizing events where experience prevails and people have fun, such as AvD, Tennis Nade, and Football.

State something briefly about yourself: I am 23 years old and from Slovenia I've been playing SAES now for quite some time just about 9 years or so, I've always loved helping out new people joking around with them, etc.  I've been playing on/off for most of my time but I am back again since I have finally got some free time from work! So I said it's the perfect opportunity to apply for L.W.S. and hope for the best. If I make it I ensure you I will do my best job hosting the best events and of course, mainly being active.

Events you see yourself doing if you get to join L.W.S: I want to do new style events a bit different from when I was LWS last time. I like to try and import themes from other games and check the mechanics of the things in the build panel. Things like building a Donkey-Kong map and using wrecking balls as barrels or capture the flag with bikes. Putting new twists as well on known event styles. Also wanting to try more skill based games other then just getting lucky.

Explain what you understand by our motto, "Exclusivity, Quality and Fun": To me it means to belong to an exclusive club on the server that brings a lot of activity and fun to the server that's not like any other group. A unique Entity that creates really good and creative events that people actually are intrigued to join. 

Explain why you want to join L.W.S: I want to rejoin LWS to let my creative side have a new outlet again. I have so many ideas that I try to explain to LWS members but they don't fully get my vision. I feel that I can bring out my best for LWS and focus solely on innovation with new quality events that I know the server will enjoy.

This way, I can attract more people to the events and entertain them. People generally enjoy race events or LMS events, and I believe I can combine these and create unique variations. Since I have a creative personality, I’m confident that I can easily bring the events in my mind to life.

I really enjoy hosting events because people have fun, and I love entertaining them with different types of events. Explain why you want to join L.W.S: I want to join the LWS organization because I've spent a lot of time playing the game, but lately, I've gotten bored of playing on the cop side. After getting approved for Radio SA and streaming live, I’ve realized I want to get more active role for community to do more. I spend a lot of my time on my laptop, so I think joining LWS would be a great way for me to create fun events with big prizes for players. I want to help make the game more exciting and enjoyable for everyone

Explain why you want to join L.W.S: We all know that LWS is one of the essential groups in SAES, no LWS means no such activities to post in forum, yes VIP, SRS and other crim activities but there are specific criteria to apply a new group, gang, and squad that needs some events, even applying for gang level, and as much as possible i want to be fair and available to others, i didn't just joined here just for my gang and organizations i could help some starting groups, organizations and gangs to comply their requirements 🙂

Events you see yourself doing if you get to join L.W.S:  I enjoy organizing events in different styles. A great example of this would be something an LWS member who rejoined about two months ago was doing. We had to find numbers hidden inside an interior and match them to their corresponding letters in the alphabet to figure out the word. It was a fun event to play, and I would love to create similar events.

Explain what you understand by our motto, "Exclusivity, Quality and Fun": As I mentioned in my previous response, your motto aligns perfectly with my perspective. There is a significant difference between organizing a generic event and truly delivering a high-quality one. Simply setting up four walls and throwing grenades: its offering a quick solution, does not align with the L.W.S motto. (Of course, prioritizing the type of events players want from us is essential, but instead of confining the event to four walls, it could be organized in a more open and enjoyable space.)

Explain why you want to join L.W.S:  I have actually wanted to join LWS for a very long time. A few years ago, during the period when LWS tests were very challenging, I successfully passed all the way to the "Live Event" test but couldn't proceed due to the unanimous decision of the LWS members. The main reason I want to join is that it's a role where I can serve players, which makes me happy. Being able to help others motivates me.

Quality means doing the best in everything, whether it is about the events we organize, the people we make, or the standard we hold in our games as well as community development.
