Attention, Citizens of San Andreas:

In response to the rising crime rates plaguing our state, we, the Desert Eagles have decided to publish a list of the most wanted state enemies. These individuals are all armed and extremely dangerous terrorists, wanted either dead or alive. Each name on this list comes with a bounty, which can be claimed by anyone who brings them to justice during In-game Manhunt events. Bounties can only be claimed when you capture a state enemy either dead or alive in our man-hunt events hosted ingame. First manhunt will commence soon, so stay tuned!

#1-4 – The Jefes - $5.000.000
Groove, Rampage, Eso, and blizzard – the elusive ringleaders of CLO. They are the iron fist behind the chaos, the shadowy figures who pull the strings. Nothing happens without their approval, and their combined influence makes them the most dangerous of our enemies. Little is known about them, but crossing the Jefes means facing severe consequences. They remain untouchable for now, but their reign is destined to crumble.

#5 – General Honer - $4.000.000
The right hand of the Jefes, General Honer is the enforcer who ensures the bloody wishes of the Jefes are executed without fail. A powerful individual and a leader of the notorious Black Bullets, he is the one who orchestrates chaos with chilling efficiency.

#6 – Burako - $3.500.000
Known as the Mastermind of Mayhem, Burako is the tactical force behind CLO’s rise to organized chaos. His strategic brilliance has transformed CLO into a fearless, well-oiled machine, striking with precision and ruthless ambition. Every move CLO makes, every strike we face, stems from his planning and relentless drive. Burako’s vision fuels their confidence and aggression, spreading terror across our territory. But let him be warned: his days of orchestrating from the shadows are numbered. We are coming, and we will dismantle his empire, piece by piece.

#7 – Rivals - $3.000.000
Rivals thrives on the front lines, where chaos reigns supreme. A relentless force of destruction, he is wanted for multiple homicides of Homeland Security agents. Known for his cunning and brutality, he knows no fear and leaves a trail of carnage wherever he goes. He operates with a twisted sense of pleasure, relishing the havoc he creates. He’s yet to be caught, but his luck is about to run out.

#8 – Andrew - $2.500.000
Andrew has been off the radar lately, but when he returns, expect nothing less than chaos. A bloodthirsty predator, he’s a force of nature when active, engaging in everything from small-time robberies to brazen attacks on federal prisons. His relentless appetite for destruction and mayhem makes him a wildcard in CLO’s deck, and when he resurfaces chaos is imbound.

#9 – Hari - $2.000.000
Hari lurks in the shadows, a master of deception and warfare. An expert strategist, he never approaches a target without a well laid plan. He commands the Mafia Underground Empire with an iron fist, instilling fear in anyone who dares to cross his path. His methods are surgical and deadly, and he’s known for eliminating threats with chilling precision. He’s a foe to be feared, and he’s always several steps ahead, until now - His days are numbered.

#10 – Zodiac - $2.000.000
Zodiac is the formidable leader of the Latin guerrilla gang, the Renegados. He commands unwavering loyalty from his followers, who would take bullets for him without hesitation. Active and ruthless, he’s been terrorizing federal banks with a violence, leaving destruction in his trail. With his cunning and strategic mind, Zodiac has established a reign of terror that demands justice. We will hunt him down, and he will face the consequences of his actions.
