Your strengths: Adaptability - Would be the main thing. Durring the many years of playing I've seen many things come and go. Having the ability to change the way you work is key durring service. Specially when the level of english can be very different from person to person.

Continuity - Playing regularly helps build relations on the server which will be important in an active role as SAHA or CS if I were to be chosen.

Humility - Staying humble might just be the most important thing of all. Never forget where you came from and that everyone has a past.

Your weaknesses: Ever since I became a dad my hours have shifted towards later times and hours dropped slightly. But this wont be a problem. I've had a history of grinding mainchat with pointless arguments. But this is under control now.

Reason for application: I want to take my time on SAES to the next step and give back to the community. I know that being new can be hard and struggling but I think it's important to stay humble and not take things for granted.

Unique qualities you can offer:

Leadership skills - Being part in executive decisions in the groups I am HQ in have helped be oversee needs. It's one thing to just brainlessly do work by the list. But thinking outside the box has been far more valueable than I expected.

Work Ethic - Understanding that the role you apply for will come with responsibility. The importance of not slacking will be key when working in a what can be considered as a monotone job.
