Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: The last thing I remember was two or three months ago, when I killed a cop on PBR who had been spawned as criminal. I did this so he would respawn as a cop and we would have enough cops to start. I warned him about it beforehand, but he didn't respond. That was a stupid mistake on my part, and I apologize again for it.
