How long you have been playing: I started playing somewhere late 2017.
Your strengths: It is quite the challenge to accurately judge one's own strengths, as we usually tend to overestimate or underestimate ourselves. But, what is worth mentioning about my qualities would be patience at first. I believe I've been in various situations where patience was the key to an ultimate result. Having such ability results in other good attributes, and that leads me to my next asset, being a good listener. I have always found myself able to listen to one's opinion, point of view, comment in different subjects and even in problematic situations, I constantly aim to hear both sides' point of view before judging. Furthermore, I'm a talkative person, I find joy in being socially active and that is by naturally trying to involve myself into conversations even with strangers. Spontaneously, I seek to adapt to others' pace and energy. Combining these valuable qualities, I believe I can effectively contribute to successful communication, which is what a community staff role would require. Beyond the core requirements, I believe I have good leadership skills, I have engaged in different activities where I had to manage things and guide people both in real life & in game. Additionally, I'm a rational person when it comes to critical situations, I take my time to reasonably analyze things while remaining calm and composed. Moreover, I consider myself an adaptable person who is always willing to learn and grow from experiences. Having these skills can further enhance my qualification as a community staff for a better experience to myself and to others as I am able to make rational decisions in odd situations instead of "talk to X or Y". And lastly, I believe that I'm a perfectionist, although it has its own weaknesses, I give a lot of attention to details and I find myself striving for accuracy and professionalism in every task I do. Also being a little stubborn in a positive way that makes me dedicated to achieving the vision I ultimately wish to see.
Your weaknesses: Just as it is difficult to express one's strengths using simple words, weaknesses can be even more elusive since people tend to have a bias toward showcasing their positive strengths which leads to ignore shortcomings. However, I've realized that I'm a forgiving person. As much as it might sound good in a way or another and while I believe in forgiveness, I've learned that my tendency to let things slide can be exploited especially in gaming communities where I thought that we all are here to have fun so "why so serious?". I've been learning that even if it is a game that is taken seriously, one's actions should have repercussions that must be faced. Which as much as it sounds terrible, they can serve as valuable lessons and grow one's experience. Additionally, as mentioned above, being a perfectionist is a double-edged sword as I find myself procrastinating on tasks because of the fear that they do not meet my high standards. Also the idea of "losing" or "failure" sound so terrible to me which makes me afraid of engaging in opportunities.

Reason for application: It's been 3 years since I applied for a position within the administration team, I believe that I took my time to grow and develop myself both in real life and in game into a better version that is much fit for such a position. One of the reasons I applied is to further develop my career and gain more experience within the server. I believe that I spent a lot of time in the game, I'm aware and familiar with pretty much everything that is going on, I know a lot of people and their personal journey in the server. How else can I improve but to take it to the next level, which is taking part in a serious position where I can develop my experience. Throughout the years I have come to realize that the server is not just about the gameplay, it actually teaches one a lot of lessons and develops its character. The supportive atmosphere and opportunities for interaction are what truly make this server special and that is without a doubt what makes us all attached to it. I'm eager to contribute to this community by taking on a more active role, helping others, and strengthening our connections and that is what this position would offer and I'm all in for it.

Unique qualities you can offer: I suppose that I have mentioned enough information about my qualities that are considerably good. While many people possess patience and talking skills, I believe that my remarkable level of these qualities sets me apart. I'm eager to help players by being actively present near them rather than tell them what to do in main chat especially when it's a new player we're talking about. As much as pressing F1 can give you information about the server and its rules, it is essential to be on-site primarily for those who joined the server with no friends to further encourage them to stay and show them how to enjoy the server. I do think that I have the patience and time to take things slowly and enjoy the progress while doing different activities. I also think that I'm a humble guy who can interact with anyone which can help me better communicate with people, and that ability to connect with people on a personal level allows me to develop a sense of trust and mutual understanding, which in my opinion is essential for effective communication. In another part, I believe that I'm creative when it comes to solving problems as I always aim to find justice and suitable solutions even in odd situations. That's what makes someone reliable and valuable which, as much as it seems unnecessary, I consider as a key asset that can make a significant difference.

Additional information: I believe that the important questions were answered properly. Therefore, I would like to give you some information about my personal life. I'm currently studying in one of the best engineering universities in Tunisia called INSAT (National Institute of Applied Science and Technology). It's my third year now and my major is industrial and automatic computing. I enjoy gaming in general and I always aim to find joy in everything I do. Though, I have learned to appreciate the importance of joy and seriousness and how to balance both in different times.

Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: I believe I got four Adminjails in total that were because of mark kill & avoid arrest. Other than that, few mutes here and there.
