Your strengths: I've been managing my own FiveM server for a long time. I've greatly developed my crisis management and leadership skills through both my server and the companies I've worked with. Additionally, I have strong interpersonal skills. I always use a proper tone and can solve problems in a highly pragmatic way. Since I have been away from the server for a while, I can make more impartial decisions and assist individuals more effectively. I can also actively contribute to the creative aspect of the server and develop new content for SAES. Moreover, I can provide support for the upcoming GTA 5 server that is planned to launch.
