How long you have been playing: I have been playing SAES for nearly 12 years.
Your strengths: Great at multi-tasking, unifying people to play/workaround, capable of fixing situations/issues, whether it is personal or gameplay-related issues. extremely organized and committed to what I do.
Your weaknesses: Having to handle most Latinos DMers I mean how can you tell them pew pew is not good at all? they see guns all they do is shoot. Jokes aside, I think I have a tic whenever I feel like something is missing out I tend to get it done as fast as possible, I wouldn't say I like wasting time, which at points might warm you out both mentally and physically

Reason for application: I yet again have decided to apply as I am confident that I have what it takes to be a good community staff, one who could take care of most Latino side of the server, I am known and respected, and I currently handle most Latino community as they are part of Renegados. I have been teaching the new guys who have recently joined how to properly play, at least the new additions that have joined the server who are friends of Renegados members, on the other hand, I have been SAHA for some months and I have shown I am useful whereas possible, also I am not playing any other games currently. I can share and help the community by being fair and neutral I assume all these years playing around might be of help!

Additional information: I am Genderson a Venezuelan / Colombian fella who has been playing in the community for quite some time, I still work a Monday to Friday office schedule pretty much, I handle an operation of 5 people as a broker of a 3PL logistics company quite fun having to be a salesman but at the same time to have the ability to solve problems and bigger issues within minutes which makes you surpass your skills and knowledge as the day comes is always a challenging part
