How long you have been playing: I started in 2014, I was active between 2018-2020, and 3 or 4 months ago I went back again.
Your strengths: In my opinion, my strongest characteristic is that i don't get into arguments with anyone, and I approach problems in a solution-oriented way. I also having previously owned a Minecraft server and that gives me the understand what kind of staffs a server needs. So i am confident that i will meet the requirements. I'm a fast learner, and I like to research. In my real-life job it allows me to work from home, which gives me able to dedicate to in-game responsibilities. I also have a role as a Software Team Leader in my real life job, so I know what it means to work in a team. I also believe that I can easily adapt where i am in.
Your weaknesses: I am a pefectness person which gives me one of my weaknesses is that i pay too much attention to small details. This can make me take more time to finish tasks. Another weakness is that i sometimes take on too many tasks at once, which can make me feel stressed.

Reason for application: I can say that the main reason for my application is the lack of activity of the SAES staff at the server. This is a live server and it needs active staff all the time. In my experience from my corporate job and my minecraft server, players want to find quick answers to their questions or solve their problems quickly, but sometimes it takes almost 1 month to find a solution on the server.

Unique qualities you can offer: Since i don't have an egotistical attitude, i usually treat players as a friend, not as an official (depending on the situation, of course). Since my life is spent in front of the computer writing code, i think i can also deal with a discord bot for saes or in-game development if needed. I am sure i will show my skills in time.

Additional information: I have already talked about myself briefly in most of my answers above, but let me tell you exactly about myself, my name is Furkan, in my real life i usually work from home in a full-time job. The company i work for is an online education company and I am the software team leader in this company. I write code as a hobby in my free time outside of work. I even wrote a bot for forum monitoring in SAES, which we now use in SAPA, GXT and CunningStunts to keep the media archive organized and keep track of the most active members.

Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: I got adminjailed once between 2018-2020, i don't remember why.
Previous (legitimate) bans: I have been banned 1 time due to a false detection by cheat protection.
