Your strengths: Well I'd say that I have grown and matured over the years. I am not the same guy I was 5-6 years ago. I am pretty active and been around for quite some time which could be beneficial for the position. I am currently dealing with a lot of new players in SAPA trying to give them guidance and knowledge.
Your weaknesses: My job require me to sometime work a lot of overtime and in different cities so I am pretty much only available on discord during that time.

Reason for application: Well I think I am ready for the next step, I am active and have built up a good base knowledge of the game. I believe I can grow even more by helping this server.

Unique qualities you can offer: I am not afraid to meet the problems, over the past years I have faced a lot of challanges not only ingame but irl too. What I learned is that I have grown a lot from it. I have been part of management teams for years so both leading and giving orders is no news for me. I am always striving to be fair and equal to all my decisions made.
