How long you have been playing: I started playing SAES in 2010. If count my active time then about 5-7 years in total.
Your strengths:
• Leadership – mostly I’ve improved these skills due to my job type and additional responsibilities which I took upon my basic ones. I’m the leader who might hear others, discuss their view, opinion, suggestions etc. I know it’s sometimes might be hard to take responsibility and lead but it’s always ez to been a sheep that someone just tell where to go. I prefer to don’t be that sheep, it’s might be harder sometimes but I will know something new, I gain experience and skills.
• Responsibility - since I’m a leader by my nature I’m open to take a responsibility, I’m not afraid of that. Like if I don’t know the topic, I will dig out google, tech. docs etc. to find necessary information and complete my task with excellence. Yeah, this is also a part of my daily job. I can’t even sleep well if something will go wrong at my task/my zone of responsibility, so I’m basically there and trying to resolve a situation or determine necessary resources and involve them. I won’t lie if I add that my friends, colleagues may count on me if they need some support cuz they know I’ll always take it as my personal responsibility and do my best.
• Creative and Design – I’ve placed here this rock as my strength instead of Digital. Last time I found that it’s really lovely to make a car wraps and create some amazing UI. I definitely can apply my creativity there. Those vibes when you create something that others will use or see – it’s amazing. And it’s wonderful when it really works or make someone smile. I’ve also designed a web-site (yeah, it’s sharepoint) for my team and outcome is quite good!
• People management – since the Community Staff role is also about to be in touch with players, I think this is good skill which is nice to have for such kind of position. Yeah and again it’s came from my job. I do support my colleagues, I have to work with contractors arguing with them or leave arguing in right time, explain my point of view or ask to do an additional task etc. That’s what I practice every day, some situations might be quite hard, some not but the main thing is to find the touchpoints with everyone and complete milestone task.
• Honest, Polite, Loyal – as I previously mentioned in my application, this is top 3 my personal quality. I’ll make a quote from previous app of the following:
- by being honest I can deserve trust from people, honest people can deserve my trust for them
- being polite it’s a part of my upbringing. Be polite with homeless the same as you would be polite with god. This kind a way of success. This is how to be a human
- loyalty or a balanced view of things always helps for me to look at the situation from different angles of the prism and make a truly correct decision. loyalty to your colleague or your team-member is an important part of building truly effective relationships on my point of view.
• Positive mindset – I believe my cup is half-full, that everything is possible, that there always an exit or solution. “If life give you a lemon – just make a lemonade”. Also, life won’t be that happy if there no jokes or fun. I like to engage my colleagues and friends to make some party together like BBQ outside, fishing, paintball, karting etc. I keep love my life even with all of bad/hard things what were happen before. I wouldn’t be me if those never happen.

Your weaknesses: There none perfect and my weaknesses is following:
• I can’t control my face emotions
• I prefer to do things first that I enjoy of
• Sometimes I take feedbacks too close to my heart or too personal
• Some stupid actions might make me mad. As example unconfirmed information regarding me and someone trying to argue I really did that
• I might be too talkative sometimes.

Reason for application: I want to support the community by my skills and time. I found this place very helpful for people as it once was for me. I found a friends, I learn English here, I learn lot of things which is similar to real life. I'm having fun and enjoy game here even now after many years. Also, I want to became a part of the team who make this community better and better and I’m sure I ready for that.

Unique qualities you can offer:
• Multitasking and Planning – those skills which help to do tasks in time. I’m pretty sure Community Staff role is also about planning and keep important things completed in time.
• Availability – since I’m digital guy, I’m always able to do some things remotely via discord or forums
• Feedback giver – feedback from someone is a gift and this is the right statement. I can give a properly feedback to people if they do things wrong or I see some little improvements and my words can motivate or just support them. By right actions you can make people so they can review the situation by themselves one more time and next time pick the right decision
• Readiness for innovations – I’m that sort of people who are ready and ok with innovations, changes. I won’t argue like “before it was better” to everything that I see. No, I can take some time to take a look from different angles and provide balanced reply and suggest my solution on that.

Additional information: I’d like to tell a little bit more about myself. I living in Russia like 250km far away from Moscow. I love cars, food (McDonalds too), travel, nature, playing videogames and technologies. I’m also working a lot but balancing between work and life. I’m doing my best to make a good career in an international company. My nearby dream is finally to buy a car and it’s planned at next year. My favorite car brand is BMW. It’s a plane just with wheels instead of wings. I’m finally finished university and have two degrees in Electrical Engineering but I’ve pointed my development vector to automatization and project management which I found really interesting. Also here my Red flags: if someone doing something behind my back, if someone lie to me, if someone set me up.

Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: Yes, I had AJ a long time ago. It happens when I was SAPA newbie. I got it because of breaking an SAES rule, unfortunately didn’t remember clearly which one.
Previous (legitimate) bans: Yes, I had ban on SAES due to Deathmatching. This happened while I was SAPA newbie I used to kill iStar(nah, it’s definitely was him!) in game. I was taking fun but I was wrong. In a result I received a ban.
