How long you have been playing: I've joined SAES at the end of 2013, of course got some breaks from one time to the other.
Your strengths: Im self motivated and friendly guy, with excellent people skills. I find it easy to connect with almost anyone and can empathize with others appropriately. I have a positive energy that keeps me active whether it irl or at some games, thats allow me to achieve my goals and and have an enjoyable time. I always focus when it comes to completing my work or taking care of my responsibilities, as i really care about being trustworthy and reliable, and not to disappoint anyone.
Your weaknesses: when faced with unexpected negative results, i tend to struggle, despite this, i'm not a negative guy and hate to be one, i have learned valuable lessons from my past mistakes and always trying to find the positive side of failure and i may find it difficult to receive negative criticism and tend to obsess over perfecting anything before i entirely leave it. Additionally, i would like to add that i'm always trying to improve myself and work on any weaknesses that i may have, while i believe that i have no major weaknesses, i do care on improving myself. Lastly, i'm actively working on overcoming any challenges that i may face and am always open to constructive criticism and even critic myself on the way how i act, that way helps me to improve and always been pleasure to receive any guidance.

Reason for application: when it comes to helping players, I found myself providing help within the community, both publicly and privately and also contributed with Community staff in their game assistance more than once whether it came to the translation or explaining the basics of the gamemode to non-english players, After experiencing SAES for over 9 years during different timelines the server changes catering to the needs of the community, I consider myself an experienced player with a decent knowledge of the game, I believe that my combination of knowledge, experience, and practical activity gives me a certain level of overconfidence in my ability to excel both as CS or SAHA. I hardly believe that i possess the necessary skills and expertise to fulfil the requirements of these roles to the highest standard, im eager to offer a valuable contribution and a set of skills thats im been putting effort and time working on them for so long, Those reasons made me reflect on how i can make an official contribution and serve the community that im been one of it from a long time. I aspire to take on the responsibilities and tasks that come with such roles, and that's what im aiming for.

Unique qualities you can offer: The main thing i see in myself as someone who love to help is my ability to understand and comprehend the needs and concerns of other players within the community, and I count on this because being comprehensive and able to emphasize with others is kinda hard process by which we understand other players' situations and feelings, this intellectual connection is the first step towards helping them solve their problems. I may go through many difficult situations, but I'm a perseverant and patient person and this is critical, I'm arming myself with patience and see every situation with perspective to be just and fair. I'm a good listener too and observer with skill, some players know how to state their needs and problems, but others or newbies specifically may find it very difficult to express their needs, in any case, I'll always pay attention and help as far as I can go. Communication skills are the best I can offer and count on too, I'm so proficient in this as I'm a person who loves to communicate with many different players and so on I will make sure to adapt the way I communicate to fit each player and the situation. Additionally, I believe I possess excellent problem-solving skills. I live my life according to a single incredibly important motto "failing to prepare is preparing to fail" thats why im always prepared to avoid the struggle and shine among my fellows. Lastly, I believe that i possess a strong leadership and an organizational skills, which im been putting effort into to experience myself whether i lead irl uni projects/events or in the server itself, being a gang manager and part of the LWS team, which made my working under pressure skill grow, thats make me capable of taking charge of a situation to guiding my teammates towards a solution. As i'm pretty sure loving the way to work in teams to achieve a common goal and can effectively manage a team to ensure that everyone is working together efficiently. Moreover, i'm a very organized person, and i pay attention to details, i always make sure to be reliable and trustworthy, and i believe that these qualities are essential when working with others.

Additional information: Hello, My name is Khalil a 21 year-old boy who loves to code, a Brand & Gfx Designer and currently studying Software Development, I do make games with Unity in C# and some 3d modeling in my spare time, I'm always down for late nights and chilling out from time to time.

Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: I believe that I have 5 warnings, with no adminjails.
Previous (legitimate) bans: Got ban for 2 days 5 months ago and the reason was "asking for cheats to bomb UE Base", I believe it was a bad joke coming from me in my clanchat, However, I kept myself a mile away of such sensitive situations since then, and This one back at 2018 which i think its not legitimate since i got unbanned and whitelisted by TheK but i have asked an Admin and found out its worth to state.
