Your strengths: My time as a player on the server has really changed how I see things. By getting involved, I’ve learned a lot, especially about being a leader. Being part of the All Load Trucking group taught me important lessons about teamwork and leadership. These experiences have helped me understand what players need, so I can make a better contribution to the community.
Your weaknesses: I tend to be too hard on myself, which sometimes makes it hard for me to make quick decisions. I’m working on thinking about myself in a more positive way. Even when I notice my mistakes quickly, like clouds passing by, I get back on track quickly. This self reflection shows me where I can improve, and it motivates me to keep getting better. I’m dedicated to self improvement, making sure that these moments help me grow.
