SAES Vice City - Beta #2 - Thank you

I would like to thank everyone who donated and joined and the SAES staff members who came along too.

The results were just as positive as the last test, however, we have come across some issues will prevent the server's release on its birthday tomorrow.

Therefore while we work on these, there will be a third beta test in a next few days/week to see if can get these ironed out.
