Instead, they chose to bide their time and follow the van until it made its way into Bone County, where conditions were more favorable for their operation. Once in the less populated, more remote area of Bone County, the Empire's operatives executed their plan with precision. They maneuvered their 4x4 truck skillfully, drifting it in front of the delivery van to block its path. Guns were drawn, and the delivery man was immediately under threat. With no chance for resistance, the operatives forced him out of the van and into the rear compartment, where they coerced him into opening the trunk. The contents of the trunk, filled with the valuable contraband, were swiftly transferred into the Empire's vehicle. Participants: @KarDeL@Absent@zKill98 Around 5 years ago, an insider in the city hall has informed us of a municipal urban re-development plan that involves certain properties in close proximity to the old Las Venturas strip. Knowing that the announcement of this plan would inflate the value of those properties, we have been quietly working on buying those properties slowly over the last 5 years. When the time came for the announcement of the project, we agreed with the municipality on selling a portion of the properties that we acquired, and renting out the other portion. However, the plans for the construction approval of the project seems to have hit a roadblock, and we needed to grease some members of the city council in order for the project to be approved. We arranged a meeting with the protesting members of the city council, and after generous promises of campaign donations and political contributions, their opinions seemed to have swayed positively in favor of the project. Having done so, those same members took off the city planning department to ensure that all the required permits were issued for the timely conclusion of the project. A month or so after the above events, one of the patriarchs decided to visit the construction site, as we had invested financial interest in this project, and to ensure that the project is going smoothly and will be finished on time. We were given assurances that the project is indeed progressing in a timely manner, and will also be concluded in a timely manner. He knew that the recent deals which were made this week have brought in a hefty sum of dirty cash, and now it was time to launder it. The plan was simple - buy a couple of inflated properties and then sell those properties off. The property hunt was about to happen in Los Santos. The two soldiers joined by a third one spent the next few hours touring inflated properties across the city—luxury homes, vacant high-rises, and commercial buildings. By the end of the day, they’ve secured several deals, all overpriced to maximize the amount of money they can launder. With the properties purchased and the money laundered, the soldiers moved quickly to flip the properties, selling them through their legitimate contact. The paperwork was immaculate, and on the surface, everything appeared legal. They sold off the properties, pocketing clean money, just as the Patriarch ordered. Due to his past of alcohol abuse, he was denied a spot in practically every liver transplant list in the country, so we had to get creative. Luckily, our contact across the border in Mexico had good relationship with a surgeon and the dean of an accredited hospital there, and upon meeting them, he came up with an idea. The idea involved masking the name of recipient under the name of an actual person on the list that was deceased before receiving the transplant, thus raising no suspicions with the authority. We met with the contact and the doctor and set up the details of the operation. The patriarch was flown in to Mexico and shuttled to the hospital, where the transplant operation was done in secrecy. Upon the successful conclusion of the operation, the patriarch spent some time in the hospital to recover. The involved parties were rewarded nicely for their help. When they discovered that a woman had been poaching their prostitutes, their reaction was swift and merciless. The Empire’s elite sniper, known for his precision and cold efficiency, was given the grim task of setting things right. Under the cover of night, the sniper positioned himself with practiced ease, taking refuge in the darkness of a nearby rooftop. Through his scope, he observed the woman and one of the Empire's own prostitutes engaged in a hushed conversation near the woman's modest home. The sniper’s eyes, cold and calculating, focused on his target. He waited for the perfect moment, breath steady, finger poised. With a muted crack, the sniper’s rifle spoke. The prostitute crumpled to the ground, lifeless, as the sniper’s bullet found its mark. Without hesitation, the sniper dismantled his setup and retreated to his truck, a vehicle that had seen its share of unsavory deeds. Speeding away from the scene, he headed straight for the woman. Arriving at her doorstep, the sniper exited his truck and approached her with a menacing calm. His voice, low and threatening, conveyed a warning wrapped in chilling finality. He told her that the Underground Empire did not tolerate betrayal, and if she dared to contact the authorities or make any foolish moves, she would find herself facing a fate similar to that of her unfortunate counterpart. He made it clear that her involvement with the Empire was over and that her and her children’s safety depended on her compliance. With his message delivered, the sniper swiftly returned to his truck, the woman’s terrified expression burned into his memory. He loaded the deceased prostitute’s body into the back of his truck, ensuring her final resting place would be one of anonymity. Driving to a secluded, desolate location known only to the Empire, he carefully buried her beside numerous other victims. The ground, already disturbed by countless similar acts, would soon cover the latest addition to the Empire’s silent cemetery. As the sniper drove away from the burial site, the night fell silent once more, leaving only the echoes of his grim task and the unspoken promise of further consequences for anyone who dared cross the Underground Empire.
