He was a trooper from San Andreas Interceptors and he had something for us: " Hello, who is it? " - asked Noah Smith, a member of the Underground Empire. " Hello, this is trooper Davis from San Andreas Interceptors, we should meet and talk about the situation which happened two days ago. " - Davis cleared his throat and continued. The story continues: Spoiler " You remember me, right? I said I will contact you about the statement which you were willing to give." Noah had no idea what this trooper was talking about, but he decided to play along: " Yeah.... Davis, I just recalled. We can meet up in San Fierro after half an hour, if you are free. I will send you the location via a message." " Alright, I will be there. See you! " Noah Smith was a little bit suspicious about it. Could he trust that cop? Was that a trap? He didn't want to overthink it, so he sent the location of his old house to the trooper. Soon enough he was on his way along with Elijah Jones, a good friend of his. Noah and Elijah arrived at the house first. 10 minutes later a man, around his 40s, with a hat, beard, uniform and duty belt was approaching them while they were chit-chatting. They assumed it was Davis, but decided not to pay attention. The trooper stopped suddenly, rather closely to Noah and nudged him, as he took out his badge and showed it to him. It was him - Davis. All of them went inside the house. Some seconds of awkward silence passed before the trooper took out his radio and shut it off. Then the conversation started: " So.. what were you talking about on the phone? " - started questioning Noah. " I wanted to meet you. I pulled over a guy some days ago and we... ughm... agreed on something, so he gave me your phone number and told me to contact you whenever something related to Underground Empire pops up. " - answered Davis. " And? What exactly do you have? " - asked Noah. " I don't really have anything specific to tell you, I am just a trooper, but I've heard they started an investigation on Underground Empire. They want to dig deeper in your business and understand who's the main figure behind it. " Noah Smith got a little bit irritated, because the trooper was saying something, but also nothing. Of course, he would want to pull the trigger on him, but he was an asset which obviously has already been doing dirty work for us. They spoke a little bit more. The information which Davis gave was rewarded, as it should be. They agreed to meet again in the future when there is more to share. A couple of soldiers, with the permission of a patriarch decided to bring the car up to Cuban Cars garage in Las Venturas so it can undergo the required maintenance. Upon arrival, we were received by a Cuban Car mechanic, who requested that we park the car in the maintenance garage. Shortly thereafter, we stated the problems that we were facing, and then he started working on the car. The final bill included invoices for the following services: The cushions of the car were replaced, as the Emperor did not find them comfy enough. The air conditioner was fixed. The engine oil was changed. The pressure of the tires was calibrated, alongside the balance of the wheels. After being presented with the invoice, the payment was done.
