Your strengths: - Leader: I had the chance to manage many gangs during my time playing. This skill has growth alot for during these last years by handling alot of people at once and still know how to get the job done and in time for the next shift and at the same time be calm and handle stressfully situations. - Active: During the many years I spent on the server, I was able to log in from time to time but I have been active regularly for the last few years. Even though I work and study in real life, I spend my free time playing saes and chatting with people on the server. - Patient: I am a more patient person, especially since I opened a gang on the server. I learned to respond more comfortably and harmoniously to new players and their questions. At the same time, I can face any negative situation with maturity and show the patience necessary to correct it. - Trainer: I realized that new players are just as important as old players when leading a gang. While teaching them the rules of the server, I also enjoy spending time with them and bringing players to this community. - Quick Learner: I like learning new things and differences. If I am given detailed information, I can quickly get it and start applying it.
Your weaknesses: - Forgetful: I'm studying and working at the same time, so sometimes I can get confused and forget things. - Inconvenient working hours: Unfortunately, even if the class hours at school are fixed, if there is a problem at my workplace, I may have to go there. That's why, while some days i have a lot of time for myself, sometimes I have to leave the house because of a phone call that comes unexpectedly. - Migrant: Due to my job, I have to go out of town or abroad from time to time. Reason for application: I am applying for Community Staff as I believe that I would be a good asset to the players and the community. After the many years I have spent in this community, I can say that I have a full command of the rules and game mechanics. In the process, I can help players solve any problems they may have and help beginner players learn the game quickly and easily. It wouldn't be a lie if I said I grew up on this server. I think I've had enough fun and gained experience over the years. Now I feel like it's time to share what I've learned with the community in a useful way and have fun with them. I believe that with this role as Community Staff I can help others who need my help and do my utmost to succeed with their needs

Unique qualities you can offer: Everything that I wrote in the "Strengths part" and If I had to say anything other than that, I think I can say that my communication skills with people are good and that's why I can solve problems easily. I also have flexible working hours so if anyone needs help I can quickly hop on the server and help them solve whatever the problem is.

Additional information: I'll do a little brief about who I really am. I am Tuğberk and I live in Istanbul, Turkey. I am a senior student at law school and I also run my own bar. Even though it is a small and sweet place, I constantly travel and do research for my bar because I want to create more different concepts and learn different things. I have a sweet 13 year old dog named Ghost. If I have to talk about my daily life, I go to school for a few hours after taking my dog ​​for a walk in the morning. After school, I socialize with people in my free time or spend my time playing saes. In the evening, I go to work to help them depending on how busy the workplace is. I recently got engaged and am trying to plan my wedding.
