Your strengths: I would say my strengths would be having strong work ethics and being able to get along with everyone, I am a very patient person and very easy going, I would also say I am reliable when needed and know how to problem solve very easily. I've had many past experiences being staff for multiple communities in different games and have delt with many server base problems before. I have a very strong passion for gaming. and will be fair with anyone I deal with. I am a very resilient person and tend to rapidly learn on how to work more efficient. aside from being a good worker, I would also say I am a good shoulder to lean on, I can be a very easy person to talk to and I am always willing to listen, I am constantly wanting to better someone else's day because truly it makes me feel better as well. I have a big heart and accept everyone for who they are. 
Your weaknesses: Being a on call worker. I currently am at the end of my on call season for snow removal and have to attend work as soon as needed. I also would say I am a bottle of emotions sometimes. I am mostly a very happy person, But lately I have lost a few family members and its been a bit tough lately, other then that I tend to keep my weaknesses behind me,
