Application Type: CS

Your ingame username: thepsyghost
Your ingame alias: PsyGhost
Your real name: Alexander
Your DOB: 01/10/97 17:30
Your gender: Male

Nationality: Russian.
Country of residence: Russian Federation.
Language skills: Russian, English.
English Proficiency: C1.

How long you have been playing: I’ve joined SAES in 2010 and registered at forums at 2011. W/O breaks 13 years, if count with breaks approximately 5-7 years.
Your strengths:

  • Leadership – my leader’s skills are quite good since I have a lot of practice at my job; I like to take initiative on my side supporting and inspire team to go forward together. I feel myself and hear from my colleagues, friends that I that guy which they can count on and follow me.
  • Responsible – fear of responsibility’s it’s not about me, I usually following my plan which I preparing upon starting of activities. If I said/promise something to do in 100% of cases I’ll add it to my To Do list and in 90% of cases do that. I do manage projects due to that I have a big responsibility in front of operations and my team to do everything in line with schedule without any safety violations, following all local laws and company procedures. My best manifestation of responsibility is the manifestation of responsibility towards a parent – I helped my dear Mother. She grows up me in solo, with a minimum of support. She used to work at non-woman job to give me education and perspectives in my future life. I strictly made a decision for myself - one day I would tell her “You can quit, there is no need to work more. You can find any job or just relax”. I did. I said that her 4 years ago. Best thing that I’ve ever done in my life.
  • Active learner – I like to participate at the corporate trainings to improve my skills at different regions of expertise. I prefer to watch an interest facts or technical/engineering videos on YouTube instead of watching TV. By learning I feel more experience in me, more maturity come. It's an amazing opportunity grow up not just by age.
  • Digital – as I mentioned above, I like technologies. So, I’m that geek man who likes digital stuff and all about it. I was IT/OT leader of whole department and managed IT/OT infrastructure with applications on it. Those applications are very important from production point of view. In case of problems production can just be stopped until problem solved. I’ve gained a lot of SQL codding things and developed many of learning materials for operations team when I was on that role. These skills still help me a lot at the current position.
  • Positive mindset – as you know there two types of people mindset positive and negative thinking. I’m the one who has positive mindset, my half cup is half-full. In far 2012 one guy with nickname Russell told me a thing that there always will be a door in your life, it's about you - will you think it's locked or unlocked? Will you even try to open it or keep to stay at the current room/life? After half-year - a year I successfully passed recruitment and joined SWAT. I decided for myself door isn't locked u just need to stand up/do your best and open it.
  • Honest, Polite, Loyal – this is top 3 my personal quality which I also want to highlight.
    - By being honest I can deserve trust from people, honest people can deserve my trust for them.
    - Being polite it’s a part of is part of my upbringing. Be polite with homeless the same as you would be polite with god. This kind a way of success IMHO.
    - Loyalty or a balanced view of things always helps for me to look at the situation from different angles of the prism and make a truly correct decision. Being loyal to your colleague or your team-member is an important part of building truly effective relationships on my point of view.

Your weaknesses:

  • As most of you knows that there nobody perfect. The same is about me. I still can’t control my face so you can read everything just looking on my face. If I’m disagree with something it’s already wrote on my face. Sometimes I might receive feedback which I count as wrong/didn’t accept them. Like if someone starts to talk about my team a bad thing - inside me a flame burning up and my face shows it up. Probably I need to try play a poker to improve stone face skills. And to learn more how to receive and react on a bad feedback right.
  • One more thing is I prefer to do what I really like. I can spend a lot of time on something that I like and try to push myself to do what I dislike. I can’t count it as a huge weakness since it might be counted as a plus also. But still I understand that sometimes there a thing which just need to be done, like you them or not. Life es life.

Member of the SAES discord server: Yes

Reason for application: Once SAES was friendly and useful for me. I engaged to learn English right here which helped me a lot in my life, in my career. Now I’d like to help SAES community to grow up together, share my skills and experience that I gained. I’m glad to provide my free time for that.

Unique qualities you can offer:

  • Multitasking and Planning – these two skills always going in parallel and these skills I’ve earned in a current company. With planning I can do much more in the same work 8 hours. How my boss always saying – a good plan is 80% of success. The good example would be successful acceptance test with equipment which I did first time in my life. Tickets, hotel, testing plan, list of tests, visa, tools, materials for tests (it should be shipped from RU to other country), contact with supplier, timings and etc. At the end - all of that was done with excellence.
  • People management – since my job including people management, I’m quite good at it. I still improving them as I said above – I like to learn new, so I keep improving my skills as much as I can. There a lot of different life situations and different people and it’s need to find the right approach to everyone to explain something, inspire, discuss. As I think it’s a hard skill to achieve due to a huge amount of information you need to learn and a lot of experience to have. But I like it, like a psychology of people, language of the body etc. It’s so damn cool when you can understand people more deeply or from the first few sentences who is who Infront of you. Inspiring people and receive an amazing feedback from them. Or you looking how they growing up with your support.
  • Feedback giver– I like to give feedback if I see that something going or can goes wrong. You might say feedbacks? What you talking about? But by the wrong feedback you can make colleague/member angrier or he just lose all his interest to the task or what is more dangerous - will get injured. That’s why it’s so important to know how to give feedback in the right way.

Additional information: As additional I’d like to tell a bit more about myself. I living in Russia, 250km far away from Moscow. I’m focused on creating my career and improving myself. I learned how to balancing between work and my own life so it’s much better now with a free time. At weekends and in a good weather I like to travel around of my state/region to look at nature, cook kebab and just have nice time riding a car. I'm still not married but living with my GF.
I love cars, especially BMW. My current target is BMW 530D, G series. These times prices are too high but I prefer better to think where/how to earn more.
Also, I have two degrees in Electrical Engineering, professional automatization skills.

Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: Yes, I had AJ long time ago, when I was SAPA player. I got it because of breaking an SAES rule, unfortunately didn’t remember clearly which one.
Previous (legitimate) bans: Yes, I had ban on SAES due to Deathmatching. This happened while I was in SAPA and still newbie I used to kill iStar(probably) in game as I thought for fun, but… I received a ban. Thankfully I’ve got unbanned.
