Middle of the season, young folk on spring break, morale just feels higher during these times, especially in San Fierro. Not on April 3rd, however, when suddenly EISA receives a report from the President about a potential environmental terrorist from Italian descent holding someone hostage on the Gant bridge, thus closing the bridges down, cops holding traffic back with plenty of distance for the safety of everyone. We immediately prepared for a hostage situation and got close to the perp. Our head negotiator started asking him questions as to why you have this person hostgage and maybe try to work something out. Nothing. Come to find out from intel back at r&d tells us that the hostage is the wife of the biggest oil investor in the state of San Andreas and she was in her spring home. He took her from her home by force and dragged her to the bridge, so we had to be prepared for the worse because he is extremely violent. His demands were $1,000,000 and immediate legislation on banning all gas powered vehicles, allowing hybrids such as Prius but with diesel-like restrictions on the ICE, and some nonsensical things that were unrealistic. The negotiator was trying to explain to him that there are plenty of other ways of getting your message out, this is not a way to do it because you are putting someone's life at jeopardy. Put yourself in her shoes for a second, says the negotiator and I guess he freaked out. Something triggered him. So he shoved Mrs. Smith (wife of Mr. Smith, the richest oil baron in SA) towards the police, surrendered, and was arrested without incident. He refused to say anything until he was tried. EISA clandestinely infiltrated the area and began gathering information using local connections. Crypto transfers and secret meetings revealed the scale of the operation. After several days of observation and intelligence gathering, EISA determined that Las Venturas would be the next target for the drugs. The drugs were to be secretly transported in a train container. EISA sprung into action to determine the train's route and ensure the drugs were intercepted. Along the train route, the team began monitoring operations from hidden observation points. However, things unexpectedly became more complicated; the organization had taken precautions to protect the train and suspected EISA's operation. The team had to hastily rearrange their plans to stop the train and seize the drugs. EISA decided to wait at a strategic point where the train passed through a tunnel. When the train entered the tunnel, the team sprang into action. They swiftly and decisively intervened to neutralize the drug smugglers. One of my teammates accompanying me was watching the place closely with field glass. My teammate reported that one of the guards waiting at the entrance had left the area. We quickly and silently moved towards the fuel station office and waited. We arrested him while he was about to fulfill his need for login guard and took him to the EISA station for questioning.
