I, however, have a different perspective. I understand that it all comes down to maturity, showing respect for others, taking responsibility for your actions, showing patience, abiding by the rules, avoiding conflicts, and paying attention to senior members. I do have those things, and I have years of experience. My weaknesses: When I feel left out, I used to get quite upset, but I'm working on it.
