Manny Posted March 13, 2023 Share Posted March 13, 2023 Date: 13/03/2023 Participants: Revolted Story: Upon getting a call and the caller informing me that they'r front left tire is slowly letting out air and that he could drive to our service shop himself, I gave him the address and time and patiently waited for his arrival. The customer arrived I greeted him and got to work as fast as I could. From the outside I coudnt see what was causing the problem, so I removed the tire to do a closer inspection and found a nail stuck in it, after notifying the customer of the problem he told me to replace the tire with his spare one in the trunk so I did just that. Putting on the spare caused no problems and the job was done in 30 minutes and the customer being satisfied he went on his way.
