How long you have been playing: I have been playing SAES for the past 6 to 7 years, i'm not sure when exactly did i start.
Your strengths: I am a flexible, honest and dedicated person, i have a good sense of team leading and problem solving and i explained these all of these strenghts on the topic of unique qualities i can offer.
Your weaknesses: I admit that i am a competitive person and sometimes it can be a bad thing, i hardly accept the loss and sometimes struggle myself with negative criticism. I am also an emotional person.

Reason for application: I spend quite a lot of time on the server, discord and forum (although my job doesn't allow me to spend more like i wished to). I don't really remember when was the last time i spoke on discord but i'm usually aware of the discussions. The main reason that lead me to apply for this position is that, as you stated above on the topic, the activity among SAES Staff team as decreased within the past months, the whole server as lost many players but like i have been saying, the Desert Eagles live recruitment brought some fresh air to the server, we all know that this recruitment just occurs at least 2 times per year and we manage to have more than 110-130 players simultaneously online. Since SAES is entering a new chapter, as long with the new changes on SR's, BR's, Turfs, etc, i'm sure we could easily keep these ammount of players for a quite good time, and with this, we need an active team, we do need to make some changes on the current team because there are a lot of SAES members that are on the retirement process and they need to be "replaced" as soon as possible. I have found myself innumerous times on the server without even 1 CS online, people then abuse the chat spam not to talk about the argues and some other rule breaks. We do need to keep an healthy and respected community and avoid toxic players. I didn't applied before because i felt i wasn't ready to assume such responsibility and i didn't had the availability that i have now due to school. This is why i'm here looking to seek my main goal and ambition on SAES, to help the next one, to keep an healthy environment and to find a way of helping the SAES itself to stay alive for at least the news few years because this was something that made me happy and kept me busy for too long and i couldn't let this chance pass by once again.

Unique qualities you can offer: Some traits that I feel makes me unique is my ability on leading a team, i am a military in Portuguese Air Force and i acquired the experience of leading through the missions i have done before. Another quality, it's also due to my job, which is persistence and a problem-solving methodology, do not surrender to a task even if it's the hardest thing you've ever fought against, there's always a way to solve the problem. Teamwork, adaptability and ambition are other quailities that i have to offer, i adapt myself quickly to a new environment, and when it's a tough one, i always find a way to, even if i don't like it, it's how things work. I won't be here writing the things you guys want to hear, such as "i have a 24h availability and i am a friendly person", because i do not, i don't know if in the next hour i receive a phone call saying that i have to head right to the base, as i said, it is what it is, i'm being one hundred percent honest right here.

Additional information: My name is Rúben, i am 21 years old and i live in Portugal, currently i "live" on the Air Force base, because i live too far from home that i only can go there on weekends. I have recently been in Lithuania on behalf of NATO, doing an Air Policing mission and i had also been on Central African Republic when i was still 19 years old. I won't extend too much because i already stated some of my characteristics on the blanks above. Just wanted to give you a short introduction of myself.

Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: I had some adminjails a few years ago and possibly a few mutes, but "recently" i didn't got any punishment.
